Coricraft review: Refund

I applied for a refund after returning a couch delivered on the same day. I started this process on the 2nd December 2021. They have been telling stories and on the 22nd December they told me the refund was approved and I should expect my money on the 27th. On the 28th when i called i was told the application was rejected because they didn't submit all documents and that their finance department is closed until the 3rd January 2022. Please assist i've been the one who follows they only look at the matter when i call.
