Coricraft review: Tax invoice @08221 - complaint 83077 1

One cushion on long piece sagged. See photo - left side cushion sagging on right side. When we sit on it, it sags to the middle between the two cushions.
I lodged a complaint with Gary Wilson at the East Gate branch on 13 May 2018.
An assessor came to look at the couch on 28 May 2018.
Collected on 31 May 2018, and after delivery date was extended, to my dissatisfaction, it was delivered on Wednesday, 20 June 2018.
I noticed that the problem on the cushion was still the same and asked the driver to return the couch to Coricraft and that I would not accept the couch due to the fact that it was not repaired to my satisfaction. It still sagged on the one side.
Requested delivery guys that it be fixed and returned by Fryday 22 June due to the fact that I would receive sleep over guests (family) for the weekend, and we needed a place to sit.
It was not returned by the Friday.
I called Coricraft and spoke to a lady expressing to her how upset I was, and she transferred me to her superior. I cannot remember her name, but I think it was Brenda. I explained to her that I was very dissatisfied because Coricraft is known for good quality furniture, and I told her that the whole situation was unacceptable. I asked her to take it further to her superiors. After she had consulted her superiors, she then said that they would deliver a loan couch on Monday, which is today, and that a new couch would be delivered in 3 weeks time. I asked her to confirm our conversation by e-mail and supplied my e-mail address as [protected]@telkomsa.net. I never received this e-mail.

Your urgent assistance will be appreciated. We cannot be without a couch for so long. We have a church group of 12 people coming to our house every Thursday night, and we have a problem to seat all the guests.
