stratolounger cuddler recliner
Bought it on March 2019 and it broke already and I paid much more then what big lots sell them I paid 500 I notice when I first got it. it was hard to pull out but thought it was just cause it was new not only did the mechanical pull part broke it all broke I am a single disabled mom I saved to buy and it didn't make it to a year this is the worst recliner I have bought I have bought used ones and hand me downs and lasted longer .

I am sorry to hear you are having problems with your recliner. This is the first I have heard about your issue. I tried calling you and left messages on both numbers we have. That recliner is still under warranty and we have no problem sending our technician out to take care of it-if it not repairable, we will let you re-select another recliner for the same price. Please call us (210) 540-6874 and we can schedule the service call right away. In order to correct a point in your complaint, I did check your original invoice, you actually paid $299 for the recliner, which is $100 less than what Big Lot's sells it for.
