rebate scam
I sent in a claim #[protected] for a rebate for AquaClear contact lenses and an eye exam. They sent me a notice stating my rebate submission was invalid for " This rebate requires the original end panels from the product packaging." I sent all 4 end panels from my contact lens boxes with the rebate form and another signed rebate form from the Optometrist for the eye exam. I called the number listed and was told they did not receive the end panels. I explained I had already sent them which is why all 4 of my contact boxes have no end panel. I was asked if I made a copy of what was sent and I told them NO why would I? I told them I cannot send end panels again, because I already sent them. Then I was told the eye exam rebate was "tied" to this one so that was invalid too. What a scam!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

This is the secod year in a row that CooperVision has denied my rebate for contacts claiming "Invalid Purchase Date". Last year after calling them I was issued a check, but this year I called and they were unwilling to do anything.
The person I talked to said he was looking at my forms "right in front of me in black and white". I can only assume that he was looking at a scanned copy of them since there was no way he could have found the physcial forms in under a minute. I ask him to forward me an electronic copy of them and he said "oh no were are not going to do that". If the denial is ligitimate they why wont they make the scanned copies of the documentation available to you?
I am going to take it up with my eye doctor and ask that they take it up with their sales rep from CooperVision. If they do not get much better in processing rebates, I for one will no longer buy their product and ask the doctors office to stop selling it.
terrible experience
I'd purchased a year supply of contact lens last May. And this box I'm using now is defected. 4 of them lasted 1 day or 2 lasted 2 days for my right eye. It's Frequency 55. For my left eye, I use Frequency Toric and the box right now is not much better than the right eye. The longest was lasted 1 week. I called the company that I purchased from said it was almost a year old and that's nothing they can do since they can't return it to Cooper Vision. So I e-mail Cooper Vision explain to them what happen. They responded that they don't deal with consumer directly and that's nothing they can do. And they said they'll forward my complaint to quality control and someone will contact me. It's been a week and no one ever contacted me. Before I was using Acuvue. And when I called Johnson and Johnson, they refunded me some money cause I didn't save the defected lens to send back to where I purchased. I don't understand why Cooper Vision can't do the same. They just lost me as a customer. I think I'll switch back to Acuvue.

I am very disappointed. Been a loyal customer to Cooper Vision and wearing their contacts for years. They are not able to help me with my expired card, just keeping my money with them. Bummer! I would think good customer relations would be their priority. Never buying from them again!
My $50 off submission was declined for no apparent reason - from 2022 - and no further info or detail on the site as to why. Reading others experience here it seems a little like a bait and switch - might be time for a class action suit.

I am told my full $200 rebate was donated to charity. But I did not check the "Donate to Charity" box during the rebate submission process and since it was online I have no way to prove it.
I purchased 12 bottles of One Step Solution from Cooper Vision. They sent me 12 opened boxes. This is so disgusting.

Finally gave up...sent several e-mails. The picture wasn't clear, yet I could see the receipt perfectly. The hassle with Cooper Vision and their website was unacceptable. Do you ever read your reviews? How many other customers my age (72) have complained to you?
This reward card is a joke. It didn't work half of the times I tried to use it and now that it is about to expire and I still have funds on it, I'm upset. Never again will I pay more upfront for contacts through coopervision. What a waste of my money.
I received 2 boxes of 6 lenses from my eye doctor. I of those boxes had 1 contact in them the rest was empty..I paid money for these contacts and I would hate to have to contact a lawyer.

Stated my rebate had been paid, but just below that it states pending compensation. It's sad that companies do this to get you to buy there products and then never uphold their rebate . If I had known Coopervision was this way I could have saved some money and not bought more contacts then I did, I feel like rebate offers should be upheld

i bought a full supply of contacts & submitted a rebate but i never got my rebate.
also one lens on my left eye was tore when i opened them. i am very unsatisfied with the service & product. i would at least like to get a replacement lens or rebate!
