Whole experience from beginning to end was 5 star. Panels were installed within two weeks of initial contract signing. Whole process from beginning to end took 4 months. Staff was always courteous. All electrical upgrades were completed and included in original contract price. System was turned on and producing power without any issues.

I spoke with a representative form Home Depot about getting a new A/C. They directed my to Cool Bear. I was happy with every aspect of this purchase. The Home Depot rep was courteous and helpful. All the services provided by Cool Bear were exceptional. From the salesman to the installers, the a/c purchase and installation was seamless. I HIGHLY recommend using Cool Bear.
I had Crystian, a Cool Bear Tech come out this morning to do maintenance on my a/c units. He was methodical, thorough and professional. He asked the right questions and did whatever he was required to do. The techs are top notch. I am more than satisfied with the level of work
