The drive was repaved
The drive was repaved. The work is substandard, cracks, loose stones, bumps. Also the light was damaged on the garage. They have stated many times that they would return to make the repairs and inspect. No one has ever showed up.

I had my office parking lot paved and as a part of the initial agreement Jim from Testa Paving also agreed to complete the paving for my driveway at home. This was all agreed upon on 5/14. Money was agreed for both projects to be completed simultaneously. After completion of the Office Paving he insisted on getting paid in full and was paid in full. Jim did not finish my home driveway. Multiple reminders over the course of the year have fallen on deaf ears. Multiple promises that he will come and fix my home driveway on numerous dates were broken with many lame excuses. I have texts from Jim on my cell phone that can be shared. Finally his response from November 17th was " If you keep bugging me I wont fix it all" Since then he has not been responding to any of my texts

Company surveyed driveway, provided estimate and verbally said their price was expensive because they had a two year warranty and would come back out and recoat the driveway if anything went wrong. They were also aware after surveying the property that the driveway was sealcoated a few years ago. Work completed 5/30. A month after the application, the driveway started chipping and pealing. I contacted the company on June 1st @ 11:08am and again on July 4th at 11:09am with no return calls. I called again on October 14, October 20th when Company spokeperson said "did I put the warranty in writing", "please text me your photos". I send the photos and no response. I called again and she said she would not reseal the driveway but reimburse me the $200 cost of the job. The was on October 20th. 14 days went by and still have not received reimbursement. I contact her on 11/10 and received a text saying she will drop a check off at my home by the end of the day. This has not happened. Product_Or_Service: Asphalt Seal Coating
