Cool Air Mechanical

I would NOT recommend cool air mechanical. We got one new unit when we moved into our house. The downstairs unit was working fine. The technician told us what to buy so we moved forward with his recommendation. After getting the brand new unit put in the unit never cooled the upstairs, correctly. We called them after out first guest stayed upstairs. We have had Sidney White, Troy Posey, Ricardo Smith, Bryce Brandenburg, William Boswell, just to mention a few, look at it. They have all said something different is wrong. We were very patient while they each fixed the supposed problem. We are now going on 1.5 years and its still 80 degrees upstairs. They have not offered to really fix the problem or do anything. We give up. Save yourself a lot of money and go with someone else from the start. Very disappointed and this wasn't our first air conditioner we have had with them. We didn't have a problem the first time. I think the company has been sold do NOT use cool air mechanical!

After the difficulty that I had to make an appointment, finally on July 1st technician Nima showed up in my home in Suwanee and serviced the unit. He is a hardworking professional, knowledgeable, customer-oriented, and the kind of person you need to represent your company. Thank you so much, Nima.

We received a new gas hot water heater. Yesterday we had our semi-annual service on our a/c and the technician Humberto Vargas noticed that our water heater was leaking and well that explained why our water *** was so high. He helped us get in touch w/Cool Air to get a new water heater. Mike and his younger son Austin installed it today(3/26). It took less than 90 minutes to do so. Mike gave us a run down on the "what we need to know stuff" and life is good, even with a quarantine.

We had our semiannual inspection of the furnace/air conditioning system a couple of days ago and it was a great experience, as it had been in prior years. Our service technician, Edgar, called 30 minutes before arrival, arrived on time, and was super professional and bringing all his protective gear. He is extremely knowledgable and I am learning new things about our thermostats with every visit. I have been personally requesting him for all our maintenance visits for the last two years, because it has always been a great experience having such a friendly and competent technician attending to our heating and cooling needs.

I had a great experience today with my new a/c system installation. Stan was my original sales manager and he walked me through the issues and necessary updates I needed since I had an older system. Elvin *** and Dre were the installation guys that showed up promptly at 9am. For a two man team, the worked so swiftly. Since they had to remove my old equipment then install the new stuff into my attic I thought it'd take a couple of days but they were extremely professional. Elvin walked me through the paperwork before they began and he explained my new equipment and showed me how it performs once they were finished. He made sure to explain it in a way an amateur like myself could understand. I'd recommend the company to anyone!

Cool Air Mechanical is a top-notch company! In fact, I would go so far as to rate them number one in the HVAC industry! We had a new HVAC unit installed just under three weeks ago. Within a matter of a couple of days, something did not seem right with the cooling of our home. I called the office to make them aware of what was going on. Immediately, they scheduled someone to come out and take a look. Come to find out, the coil in our brand new Lennox system was faulty. Clearly, this was not Cool Air Mechanical's fault, as it was a manufacturer's defect that could happen to any air handler on the market. Cool Air Mechanical could have chosen to only replace the coil, as it was the only part deemed to be faulty on the unit. However, they chose to make sure it is done correctly and elected to install an entire new air handler. This, my friend, is why Cool Air Mechanical is a top-notch company, in my book! Each and every individual with Cool Air Mechanical who has come into our home throughout this entire ordeal has provided excellent customer service! However, there are two individuals that I must give special recognition to. Mike and Austin (father and son) are the two who really stick out to me. Since the installation of our new HVAC (a powerful Lennox system), we have had a couple of grills that made some excessive noise, due to the power that the new system has. As soon as I made mention of this matter to Mike, he knew exactly what to do. He fixed it and BAM! The noise has ceased. These two have a great knowledge of HVAC and how systems are designed to work! It is not all about the system, it is about who installs the system. I know which company I *** recommend to anyone who is in the market for a new HVAC. Cool Air Mechanical is the answer to all of your HVAC needs!
