I went to Conway Imports Auto Sales to check out a hummer that I wanted to buy. I felt really disrespected when the salesman, Sebastian, gave us a judgmental look from top to bottom, as if he thought we couldn't afford it. Luckily, Mauro, the guy who was on lunch, eventually showed up and he ended up being really helpful to us.

Mauro & Sebastian are amazing! I drove all the way from Missouri searching for a good deal & boy, did I find it! They were really helpful & focused on the customers! I felt well looked after & discovered a fantastic car in the journey! I'm happy I chose to do business with them! ? I strongly suggest them.

Dealership sold us a car with a brokn clutch. We were coverd for 30 days for any and all repairs and they refusd to help.

I bought a car from Conway Imports Auto Sales and they promised to mail me the second key the next day. I've contacted them five times already, and each time they assure me that they will send out the key "tomorrow." However, it's been almost two months now and I still haven't received it.

I need a refund for the GAAP insurance I bought from Conway Imports Auto Sales. My vehicle is fully paid off now, so I don't need the insurance anymore. I sent an email on 6/30 and called multiple times to get my payment, but I haven't received it yet. I included a payoff letter in the email I sent to the dealership. They keep telling me that the lady in charge of payments is either on vacation or has already taken care of my request, but I'm still waiting.

I bought a 2016 *** Jetta from Conway Imports Auto Sales. They gave me a 30-day warranty for the engine and transmission powertrain. But when I took the car back for repairs, they returned it to me with a completely ruined clutch. They didn't even bother to fix it before letting me take it home. When I complained, they wanted to charge me for removing the transmission. I had to take it to another shop, and I have actual evidence that Conway Imports damaged the clutch.

We bought a vehicle on 08/25/22. 10 days after buying the vehicle, it wouldn't start. We called Conway Imports, but the manager refused to help or take the car back. We replaced the battery, but the very next day, the vehicle wouldn't start again. We made some angry calls to Conway, and they agreed to look at the car. They falsely claimed that the battery was disconnected, which is impossible because the vehicle got me to work. The batteries must be manually disconnected. 30 days later, the vehicle wouldn't start again. We took it to a mechanic, but they couldn't find the problem. Conway then received the vehicle again and had it for over a week. They claimed that the radio was draining the battery. When we got the vehicle back, none of the electronics worked properly, and the vehicle was in worse condition. We called the owner, and he said he would buy it back for the price I purchased it for (I've only had the vehicle for 2 months and barely been able to drive it) ($25k). But when I went to the owner, he refused to give me the original amount for the car. This business has many previous claims of the same issue with this dealership.

I bought a car thinkin I could return it within 7 days if I wanted. I brought it back in time and talked to the sales boss *** before droppin it off. The sales guy said they check all their cars real good before sellin em. But that ain't true. We gave the car back cuz it had a bunch of problems that any inspection shoulda caught. We almost got in a crash cuz the brakes stopped workin a day after we bought it. They said we could return it in 7 days but now they say they gonna charge us 10% of the price as a fee. What's the point of a 7 day return policy if they gonna take 10% of the money? That's $3000 for our $30k van. It ain't our fault they didn't tell us bout the problems and made us sign papers that mean somethin else. They still got the van a month later and won't give us our money back. The sales boss seemed kinda sorry when we talked bout returnin the car and said we wouldn't have to pay a fee cuz the car wasn't like they said it would be. But now they say they never said that and we gotta give em power of attorney to cancel the deal and they gonna keep our down payment till we pay the fee. We want our down payment back like they promised for sellin us a bad car that was dangerous.
