Consumer Cellular review: Worst customer service ever

I've had cc for many years with no complaints... Until now. I don't know what is going on, but I am having the same issues as other customers with rude and unprofessional service reps. The condescending attitudes from several individuals has been very disappointing. I served as a rep in a call center so I am very considerate and patient when I call into a business, because I know what it feels like to have a customer yell at you when you are only trying to help. So to be treated with such disregard when there are other service providers available, I will be terminating my service and giving my business to a company where customers are valued and treated with respect.
