Consumer Cellular review: Crooks

Here's the deal. I signed up to CC for the $25 a month plan with a $3 off for AARP discount. Slowly the bill kept increasing due to overusing my data. when it reached $46.74 I started looking elsewhere. I found a great service for $19.00 unlimited data including all tax and fees. I switched on Dec 3, 25. i was billed the $46.74 on before the due date of 12/20/25. The final bill I was told. Yesterday I got a notice that I owe another $46.74 due 1/20/26. I called customer service and talked to a rude agent, that told me that was for the TWO Days I was still using Consumer Cellular. No prorating. And why $46.74 for two days?
