Consumer Cellular review: Bad experience in every way.

My experience with consumer cellular was simply awful. The new phone I purchased through consumer cellular never worked correctly. When I called consumer cellular for assistance, the representatives were reading from the same manual I had received with the phone. There did not seem to be any specific training in troubleshooting the specific phones they sell to customers. The calls ultimately ended with the representative suggesting a reset. When I requested tech support just for samsung phones, I was told it did not exist and if I wanted help for the phone I would have to find the customer service number/website myself. I wasted a lot of time and money with consumer cellular and I am more than happy to go back to competent, knowledgable, well-trained, experienced tech support in other countries.
