Don’t make any transactions through the website www.connectnetwork.com. I made two and lost only money, but their customer services’ team was real joke. I called and waited 15 minutes, but after that I received the bill from the phone company. Their phone call cost me about $25. Seriously, it was too much already. I want only to warn all people and share this information with other people.

I put in all my information and the network won't accept my funds it says that I don't have a family and friend account but I followed the directions that were there please help

I went to Walmart and paid cash prepayment to be applied to my cell phone number . 2 months later gtl.has still not credited my.phone.. i heve been given every blame and lame excuse and promise for follow up with no return call or email or resolution.ever
