for two days to get onto my account at connectnetwork. i get to the pay that says login click login in and the page goes to this black screen that says the domain has expired . so I call spend 20 minutes on hold for a representative whom i can not understand she tells me that first i should clear all cookies, ok i did that, then she tells me to just wait because there are a lot of people trying to get on the website and that connectnetwork has already fixed issues then she says go to a different browser then she says she doesnt know i will just have to wait. This is a load of crap i have used this website for the last 5 years never had a issue with login until yesterday I can login to any other website so i am sure it is not my computer how many phone calls and messages need to be sent before someone fixes this so that inmates can get what they need for commissary

I cannot access connectnetwork.com. I can access any other website.
So I called 800-483-8314 and after a time got a person whom I could not understand.
She double charged me $ 60 and then said she was refunding $ 60.Then I got an email from my CC to call. So I did and they said there was a v$45 charge from Global tel link and said they were cancelling my card and issuing a new one. I asked that they not do that hoping that connect network would resolve this.
I am still not sure of the relationship between connect network and Global Tel Link. Are they the same?

Trying to add funds to my account has taken my almost an hour. This is not the first time I have had this difficulty. The company acts like a monopoly - you have no options -you either deal with them and their inefficient and uncaring system or you give up and I am close.

I was able to get on and make a payment on my son's trust fund back in December. It now tells new that it can't recognize my user ID. I then called to do it over the phone and it told me that l have to sign up for connect network. My brain is fried from going back and forth. Can you just make it easy for me? He needs the money today.
