In 2023, 304 shares of stocks were sold , but not to me. This was validated as a true by Computershares fraud department.
The case was given to the legal department.
Every month I call for an update on the case. The only person giving me any kind of information is the fraud department stating the legal department will not contact you.
This is 2026 and there has been no communication between me and legal department. (I've tried numerous times.)
Last information I'd received was that the insurance company was investigating the bank.
I am not at fault. I want all of my stocks . Computershare made the error. Step up and take responsibility.
I should receive all 504 shares of stock . I am not guilty.
Computershare should go after the bank, the person who paid out shares and the person who received the cash.
