I recently sold unrestricted employee shares through computershare.
I was careful to select only the unrestricted shares and not the restricted shares because it would trigger a forfeiture of employer shares in my holdings. I called on September 13th and 14th to ask for an explanation and was told nothing could be done about it. I simply asked for a detailed confirmation of the transaction but was refused. I forfeited 16 employer shares at a loss of approximately $2500.00.
Desired outcome: I would like those forfeited shares to be returned to my portfolio
