I have been after these people for a year trying to get my deceased father's stock transferred and sold to my mother who has dementia and is in a nursing home. Multiple attempts, documentation, and phone calls have resulted in no action from these people. There's always something missing when attempting to process this transaction. I even sent in two $50 fees (non-refundable) to waive the medallion signature on a will even though they have my father's will, death certificate, and my mother's signature on the transfer document and they are still looking for more!

Desired outcome: Please process this request as all proper documentation has been submitted.
