Zaxby's portion complaint

I have eaten at Zaxby's since the earlier to mid 90's in Statesboro, GA and have sinced moved to North, GA. I still enjoy their chicken fingers and crinkle fries but am appalled and how small the chicken fingers have gotten. Not to mention the price has gone up as well. I know meat prices have risen but if we as consumers shouldn't have to pay more money and in return get a smaller portion. Please help with this as there are many options out there for chicken fingers but I have been a loyal customer for some time.

Zaxby's management

This Zaxby's needs to stop using foul language in the kitchen area. I heard this from the front counter. They were screaming at the young kids working back there. I hope they get the management straight. Horrible how these kids were being treated.

Zaxby's poor customer service

9/11/2015
I decided to go inside of the restaurant because the drive-thru line was excessively long at approximately 1655. I ordered the Wings and Things Platter x 2. One platter request was hot wings and the other order was for boneless. I also ordered a Birthday milkshake. The young lady who took the order asked for help to make the milkshake and it was difficult for the young lady who eventually got some help from another teen. The outside was messy and runny. The girl who came to help did at least replace the top! The manager brought the milkshake to me and I inquired as to why the shake was not full. The manager informed me that the milkshake was a full two cup order. At the time I did not know he was the manager until I waited for more than 25 minutes for my order. The store has only young teens running this establishment who were very unprofessional. Customers came in after me and was waited on and left. I asked for the manager and asked him why was I waiting for my order for so long? Was my order overlooked? He yelled out as to why this happened and one young man said he did not know. Yelling back and forth with customers in the store. I have never been in a Zaxby's establishment with such poor performances. This store was extremely unprofessional, exhibited poor customer service, and the manager offered me a free drink! No one, not even the manager apologized. I informed the manager that I did not want a drink but I wanted my food. I still waited and he said that the staff had to make the boneless wings, which I informed him was legitimate-other than letting the customer know and thank the customer for the wait! Other customers were annoyed for me by this time. This store has lost my service permanently. The corporate office should look to employ the store with much mature staff. And on top of that the food was not hot! I am very displayed and dissatisfied with the service from this Zaxby's.

Zaxby's horrible treatment of new employee

As a brand new employee - my first job, I was excited that this company hired me. I was really looking forward to working here. First day ended and dreaded coming in for my next shift. After 4 days of daily degrading treatment by the assistant managers and some of the cashiers, I quit. There is no training. Being called multiple names - laughing about it - and most of this from the asst. mgrs, ...how you people can call yourselves the best company is beyond me.

Zaxby's rude manager and employees

The manager Eddy (Eddie) Bradshaw is very rude and disrespectful. He feels as if he can talk to his employees any type of way. I was told he makes the employees cook food that falls on the floor. He has his favorites who he let do anything, which they never work. Another huge problem is the employee Shakeda she works drive thru. She is VERY RUDE, yelling and cursing at customers. I recommend no one to eat there employees are horrible

Zaxby's terrible food, unconcerned management

I ordered a chicken plate from inside a few hours ago and I have to say it was a terrible experience, not just for me, but for everyone else in the dining area, too. While waiting for my good (45 minutes for some chicken and fries, by the way) I counted 6 consecutive orders that were wrong and had to be returned, then 3 of those who returned the food and told the cashier it was inedible. I finally received my food (it was right!) after the long wait and quickly found myself agreeing with the other customers. The chicken was terrible and the fries were soggy. It tasted as if it were cooked in month old oil. We all told the manager (who it took 15 minutes to track down) but she didn't seem concerned and told us she would "look into it". I eventually just took my food, threw it in the trash, and left. I have no idea if the other customers ever got refunds or edible food.

I will not be back. I've been to quite a few Zaxby's all over the state, and this is the only one I've left feeling disgusted. This was a nice restaurant when it opened. I'm not sure what happened. I think maybe new management took over and they just don't care. I will be contacting the Health Department monday to try to get this place either cleaned up or shut down. This place should not be open to the public.

Chicken was over cooked, too salty & had been fried in old stale grease. Ive ate ther many times with no complaints but tonight was terrible. We had 2 throw our 2 meals away.

I ordered a chicken salad sandwich last night. I started to take a bite and was overwhelmed with a "chemical like" smell. I had 3 other people smell it who were not aware of the problem. All 3 of them said the same thing, "It has a chemical smell, I wouldn't eat it." I have always loved this sandwich but it will be a very long time before any of us are able to try it again. I tried to take it apart and smell each component. It may have been the lettuce but I'm not sure.

You sound impatient and childish. I doubt you will be missed. If it is busy it will take time for your food to cook, and the manager to arrive. There were other people before you. You have to wait your turn. The world does not revolve around you.

Zaxby's sick employee

I just left this location, I was in restroom with employee vomiting, running fever. He was talking to his mom telling her they would not let him leave. He also told her a manager named Megan had pink eye working around the good. Are you serious two contagious employees and they won't let them go home. Smh...I won't ever eat here again. Nice to know how unsafe this place is

Went to Zaxbys thee other day and witnessed the manager Charles bad mouth and degrade his cooks in front of customers to a cashier he was flirting with that barely wven looked 18. He was rude and showed me a very poor example of what Zaxbys stands for. I wont be back as long as he is There.

Went in there me and my spouse and children and order food was scared at and talked about made us feel uncomfortable. They act like they were cleaning the dining room just to look at us. I also work in a fast food restaurant u should not treat ur customers this way.

Zaxby's old cold food

I have been to this store many times and for the last 6 months I have avoided going there because of old cold fries.
I have complained to the manager and of course he said he would talk to his cooks but my wife talked me into going again this week saying give them one more chance.
This time I got the scrapings from the bottom of the pan with all the hard and burnt pieces. Plus they were cold! I went to the counter and when I got someone to talk I asked if I could have some fresh hot fries. The young lady looked at me wih that deer in the head lights look and repeated "Fresh hot fries?" I said yes and went back to my seat and waited.
Its not to much to ask to be seved fresh hot food for the price they charge.

I for one will not spend another dime with this company.

Zaxby's Jackie Shirley

I am a mature person who was seeking employment at this store. But to my dismay the online job app process is a Fake to say the least. I registered at Snag a Job but was told I would have to go on JobApp but which the Bishopville location is NOT even located there and the store has Openings cause I spoke to Two different Management personnel. So, I say when a store is in need of good help and no one is applying, then they should be Looking BEYOND regular scope. I even went into store to show a mgmt. Employee what my mobile device showed as far as a Profile. Feeling very frustrated and even emailed the Support site for that website, JobApp. This system needs to be revamped or something so folks will not have to go thru. Thanks

Zaxby's not putting the real grilled chicken on the house salad, not letting customers know, an it make the salad taste different!!!

On the grilled house chicken salad, they think people don't know the difference the real grilled chicken, this has happened to me on more than one time. I had my husband to take it back the first time an they gave me the real on., but why keep doing it as if people wouldn't know? The salad don't taste the same. The price is the same you are being charge as if they are putting the real grilled chicen on your salad. Maybe. They should ask the customers do they want it or tell them they are out of the real grilled chicken not make them think they are paying for something there not getting!

Zaxby's foreign object in salad

I visited our local Zaxby's and ordered a salad to go. When I arrived home, I found this piece of metal at the bottom of my salad. It measured 1in by 1in with a very sharp edge. I called and spoke to the manager. She assured me that it did not come from their equipment. I was back in route to the restaurant, when they said they could not help me unless I had a receipt. I found my receipt in my car. When I went back inside, the manager changed her not so caring attitude to a serious one and starting by apologizing and breaking me the news that it did indeed break off of their salad cutter. They offered me a refund. I am very dissatisfied by the unprofessionalism and how quick they were to put the blame on me. This could have ended fatal. I will not be returning.

Zaxby's rude manager

There's a manager there by the name of Tony or Antonio Lane who is very RUDE. There hasn't been one day that I've been there on his shift and he hasn't had a bad attitude. He's ALWAYS angry as if he don't like his job. I feel the service and atmosphere would be better if he wasn't there. He walks around with an attitude like he's mad at the world. I've decided to just stay away from that particular Zaxbys which is located closer to my home. (SOUTH SLAPPEY) I'll go out of the way to eat someplace else.

Zaxby's quantity of food

I have been a customer of this Zaxby's since it opened. Today I went by for my usual weekly lunch and went through the drive. When I arrived at my office and opened my plate you can imagine my disappointment at my lunch. I am a creature of habit and order the same meal nearly every time (Big Zax Snax Meal). When I opened it I was surprised to see 3 small chicken strips that were no larger than my pinkie finger and about 12 French fries. If I had not already been back at my office I would have returned it and asked for a refund. Usually the portions are large enough that I cannot finish the meal. Today I was quite able to finish and then still be hungry.

Zaxby's young employee working off of the clock

Thursday night. 9/11 . Employee was told to clock out by manager. The store was busy so the employee told the manager she would clock out and "Help" since they were very busy. Manager allowed employee to continue working even though she was no longer on the clock. Store very unprofessional. This should NOT have happened. Manager seemed as if she did not know what she was doing exactly. (buena vista road)

Zaxby's rudeness

On 7-24-14, shortly after 6pm, I stopped at this Zaxby's to get dinner. The order was taken by a trainee but that is not my issue. He was polite. After waiting 25 minutes and no food, I asked what had happened to order # 202. The young female (sorry, I can't call her a lady) said that she called it out. I said I was standing right there (10 feet away) the whole time and she never called out 202. She said she called out "large plate". I said " No you called a medium plate." Then she started to argue and said "NO! I called large! Why would I call medium when we don't have a medium?" I started to say that I don't know why she called that out when she interrupted me and said "I called large! Thank you!" and turned around. All she had to say was I'm sorry for the confusion. She didn't even have to mean it but instead she had to be rude and tell me how wrong I was. So if you go into this store and you see a young, tall, slender, African American female handing you your food, you will know how rude and impersonal this person is. At the very least she NEEDS to be retrained. Piss poor customer skills.

Zaxby's rude employees

The mangers and most employees there are so rude . They don't speak nicely and don't seem like they want to be bothered by the customers.. Every time I come to the zaxbys in port Wentworth their this one manger I think her name is anglic it's something like that she always dresses unprofessional, she looks like she has poor personal hygiene, her face looks dirty and her hands.. And I have noticed when she hands people there food she just throws it too them ..but I have come there a couple of mornings and this girl name Ashley she so polite and has a beautiful smile .. Why can't the employees and manager act like her.. But until this change me and my social club not be ordering/ eating from zaxbys anymore.. Because that's ridiculous and next time I will have pictures of that manger anglic

Zaxby's employee legal conspiricy

We met at our local zaxbys to discuss an on going court case in what we thought was a good environment with good food as we had done for years. One of the employees By the name of Josh ( name tag ) took a seat behind us and recorded the whole discussion. Little did we know Josh was a friend of our opposition and sent our conversations and plans to them. The information givin was vary damaging overall. We have not yet heard from the manager or franchise owner in regards to this dis-service.

Zaxby's bad service, worse food

I have been a customer at this particular store for over 3 years. At first everything was great. My last 3 visits, in the last 2 months, well, let's just say strike 1...strike2...strike3...you're out! When I started spending my money at Zaxbys, I always got a thank you. My food was hot and fresh. And a manager was always there to make sure everything was great! Now, it seems like, they just try to get me out of there as quickly as possible. No one ever says anything to me, except the order number now. My food tastes like its almost recooked. And I'm not sure this particular store even has a manager anymore. I haven't seen one in over 2 months. Anyway, I used to feel like I was appreciated every time I stepped through the door. Now I cant even eat the food that I paid for. Does anyone care about this store anymore or just about the dollars in the register. They won't get anymore of mine!

Zaxby's I have a horrible manager

I work at zaxbys and my manager has been saying inappropriate things to me. He is the general manger he is 24 and I am 16 I know I should tell him to stop but I am passive but I'm concerned that this will become an even bigger problem next time he does something I don't like I plan on speaking up but as of right now I am really scared to go to work!
