Yves Rocher / rude customer service

Don't shop at Yves Rocher anymore! Their customer service reps are rude, they don't really deserve any business. Being their customer for at least 10 years, I find the service gone down to nil. I tried to order something online using their promo code from the package Yves Rocher sent me, and something didn't work. I called the customer service and request help by offering the promo code, the rep refuse to help. She told me if you cannot find the promo online she won't find it neither. I asked for the supervisor, she basically stop talking to me, she then hang up on me after a little while. This is unacceptable!

    I am sure you were rude and hung up on because of your attitude. Where was mommy when you were on the phone, surely as an adult she should have corrected your behavior. Have mommy help you find the promo online since you are not capable of doing ti yourself. I know you are a two year old child because only a two year old would mistake being told no as rudeness.
