Yves Rocher - order

my order came today which my no. 640702771. I sent my money with a 50 dollar coupon and you say I still 50 dollars. there is some kind of mixup because if the 50 coupon was no good then I wouldn't have ordered that much. please check and reply. thanks Nadine another thing is every time I like a product you no longer carry it (neonatura) there is another one but I can't think of it right now.

The worst customer service ever. I had ordered a package a few months ago. When ordering they had missed putting the apartment number on the package so my package went missing for a few weeks. Yves Rocher - perfume - lilly of the valley

Hi there, I purchased a "Muguet en Fleurs - eau de toilette" from India. But it is a bad experience for me. My wife used this but fragrance is very very light and no Fragrance after 10 minutes. It look like no perfume is used. I purchased this from Life style store Chandigarh India. Product Reference number is 29659. Please find attached pics for more details.

Yves Rocher - service

Hello,
i have been chased and sent official warnings letters for a payment amount of 5, 49 euros which I have paid already and told them a thousand times 😡. I am so irritated and tired of talking to the customer service here! I will noe never every buy anything from here!
I was a customer buying goods of worth more than 500 euros and now I won't! And would recommend everyone to not to order on them.

Yves Rocher - store closed 31 august 2018

I went to the Yves Rocher store in Kenitra, Morocco and it was closed. I wanted to use my promotion card and found the store closed until 2 September 2018. Ii walked there from my apartment and could not believe that it was closed! Not happy about it! I think it should have been open as it was the last day of August and the promotion card expired 31August. Merci!

Yves Rocher - lacquer with 10743 r 794 lot number, 31 lilas

Dear Sir/Mam,
On the first week of June, I bought a yves rocher lacquer at Mall of Istanbul, Başakşehir, Istanbul. I bought this product in Köln and Madrid before and was very happy with it for the last 4-5 years.
Unfortunately, this product caused severe eye irritation with the gas inside the product and caused coughing crises in my asthmatic child. The product itself is also so disappointing because all of my nails break apart within a week.
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your interest because in Turkey this applications usually remains unsolved.
I look forward to your reply and a resolution to our problems with your company products in Turkey.

Yves Rocher - technical web sign in problem

Hi Sophia,

Thank you for sending me a temporary pass word, but I can not modify it. I used this temporary pass word as the "previous pass word" and filled in a longer than 4 digits new pass word, it did not work. Your assistance will be very much appreciated. I have been using your skin care products for years. I hope your company value me as a long time customer.

Yves Rocher - payment not received

My name is beverly fry. I also go by mrs. c fry.
I have two accounts with you (yr).
One account is #600858134 mrs. c fry.
The other is beverly fry #606789770.
in early december I sent one check to cover both accounts.
Aftr that I received a second notice on the beverly fry account 606789770.
Then I received a credit fir $23.65 from the december check. someone did not take the time to look at the statements or my check.
I put the credit statement and the second notice in an envelope along with an explanation of what had occurred and sent it in believing that the matter was resolved. today I received a third notice on that same bill from november. I have been trying to pay it. whoever gets it at your end won't let me what can I do?

Yves Rocher - gifts

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the free gifts I have received.

I have been a loyal customer to your brand for years and as I have a fidelity card I receive every now and then reduction cards that I make sure to use each time. On every card it says that I am supposed to get a free gift whether by simply visiting or for purchasing a product, the problem is that for the last 2 years I've been receiving the exact same gift, a toiletry bag, not even your logo on it.

My question is : have your brand not changed the free gifts for two years or is it something else?
I am very dissatisfied and with all my due respect I don't think it's encouraging for me to stay loyal to your brand if each time I am going to receive the same gift, that I didn't even like in the first place.

I would be highly grateful if you could look into the matter and take action.

Yves Rocher - no gift!

I have made a huge order and purchased many hair and skin care products from this website. I paid over $100 for the entire order and was promised a free gift!
My order finally arrived about three weeks later and the whole thing took way longer than I expected. When I opened the package I saw that there was no gift! I contacted Yves Rocher customer care service and they promised they'll fix everything in no time, but unfortunately they did not care and nothing was done! Horrible site!

Yves Rocher - I am very disappointed in the services I was given

I order from Canada.My first order was returned because they messed up my address. The order was $50. I called again regarding the same order they said they would send me another order. No they didn't. I called again they places another order but guess what I am going to be charged $60 instead the $50. I hope I get to see my money. It seems like unprofessional people are working for the company after 30 minutes waiting for anyone to pick up I get someone who tells me no to everything. Its horrible. And they wont let you talk to a manager or anyone who actually knows what they are doing. Such a shame I was very excited when I found them online since I moved to the USA and I used to buy from them in Germany where I used to live

Yves Rocher - useless

Yves Rocher is completely useless site! I wanted their catalog and I asked them to send me one and they said ok. I never received it but they claimed that I did. Next month I made another request and the same thing happened. Customer service kept telling me that catalog was delivered to my address, but it wasn't and the worst part here was customer support which did not believe me.

Yves Rocher - membership

Hi, I have had a TERRIBLE experience with your online sales! I ordered products back in August 2015. Somehow I was registered as a member and started receiving newsletter that I have no interest in. Then I realised that they started charging me £15 per month without my permission! I emailed to them asking to unsubscribe me and make a refund for the membership. They got back to me after a few weeks only with their apologies. I thought they would unsubscribe me and that would be the end but I realised that they are still charging my credit card for a membership! This is ridicolous! I have really had enough of this and as a result will not be a return customer and will continue sharing my experience with you wherever is possible! I hope this is taken consideration and trigger an action! Thanks. Asli Taylor

Cannot speak to a person about a billing for Yves Rocher. Mother in-law is in nursing home and I am trying to get all of her finances in order and the billing does not state the date or what billing is for. Cannot get information needed to get this taken care of. She does not remember getting this product and has paid in duplicate in the past for product...

Yves Rocher - rude customer service

Don't shop at Yves Rocher anymore! Their customer service reps are rude, they don't really deserve any business. Being their customer for at least 10 years, I find the service gone down to nil. I tried to order something online using their promo code from the package Yves Rocher sent me, and something didn't work. I called the customer service and request help by offering the promo code, the rep refuse to help. She told me if you cannot find the promo online she won't find it neither. I asked for the supervisor, she basically stop talking to me, she then hang up on me after a little while. This is unacceptable!

I am sure you were rude and hung up on because of your attitude. Where was mommy when you were on the phone, surely as an adult she should have corrected your behavior. Have mommy help you find the promo online since you are not capable of doing ti yourself. I know you are a two year old child because only a two year old would mistake being told no as rudeness.

Yves Rocher - horrible scent

HOLY JESUS THIS GEL HAS THE EXACT SCENT A BLOODY SCENTED MAXI PAD WOULD HAVE.

I purchased this gel along with a shampoo of the same line of product a month ago, and have not discovered this horrifying fact until i started on the gel lately. The gel itself was okey for it did somewhat soften your skin, but then i got out of the shower and found my entire body smelled JUST LIKE a scented maxi pad all drunk up with fresho blood. SO EMBARRASSING.
I have absolutely no problem with scented maxi pads but the additional hint of extra bloody flavor is just gross.
I have no idea whether the herb extract within the gel or the scent they added is responsible for this odor but it DOES bother me.

Yves Rocher - bad products

The products, i.e perfume are not as good as before.. the scent of the perfume is not the same and it does nor stay for a long period. 2 years ago the products were of good quality. it seems as if lots of water were added to the perfume. They are stealing the money of Mauritians. many people have complaint about this, saying that the freshness, smell and quality has deteriorate!
