Avoid the company at all costs. I purchased two tickets for my daughter and her friend for the concert. I immediately received the email with the link, and the seller informed me that I could download the tickets from the next day. I tried to open the link on the next day, but it didn’t work. I was shocked and sent couple of emails to the owner, but they were ignored of course. Awful website.

    So did you contact the company through normal customer service means? I have a tough time believing that emailing the CEO was the best course of action. This feels like something that could very easily be remedied for you:
