Wimpy / very bad service

On the 24th Feb. 2018 between 3.00 and 4.00pm, my wife and I decided to have a meal at Wimpy (Durban International Airport). The service we received was absolutely not professional what so ever. The waitress was totally devoid
of her duties to provide great service, she did not write down our order, hence
my wife ordered well-done eggs it came half done, my tea was served on a broken saucer the chips were cold, and all she does is a smile.The manager was great, he had to make my wife, s order himself.Not impressed
