I have been a customer for more than a year. I have never in my life had dealings with a company so dis-respectful to customers. I will never, ever deal with this company again. I've had to report them to the Better Business Bureau twice. The BBB doesn't seem interested in pursuing a claim against them at all. This is one company that doesn't deserve to be in business. They have no sense of communication with customer relations at all. Close this company down. They don't deserve to be in business at all.

    I have had a loan with them a little over a year, I had a serious accident and have to have a fusion from C2-T2, thats 8 I have been late with my payments 10 to 15 days late for three months, Im on SSI and they pay me on the 3rd! All I get is insulting calls, these people do not have enough training to do their jobs properly! Do Not use Westlake Financial for your Auto Loans, there are better people out there! I agree with the other person! I'm late right now 12 days, getting ready for surgery and their calls last night gave me a serious migrane. I don't see how can it be legal to call someone for being late under 30 days!

    I agree with this person westlake financial has very poor relationss with their clients very disrespectful. I've been with them for less then a year they seem like loan sharks I've always made my payments on time their due the 16th of every month late by one day twice. In jan 2009 I called to break my payment intwo parts I had just bought a home they said that was fine and because I bought a home they would tack that payment on the end of my contract and all I had to do was pay them $114.00 that day well I did it they told me that in feb all I had to pay was $305.00 which I did on the 17th via the internet no problem right, wrong I get a hostile call froma lady named Kathern who would not tell me her last name she would not listen to me try to explain what was told to me the month prior. Telling me I need to pay $48.00 the balance from the prior month I explain or at least try to explain what I was told. She continued to try over talking me reminding me of what needed to happen that day which was thursday 03/05/09. This person was very hostile unwilling to at least listen> then ask for a supervisor at first she would not tell this persons name till I reminded her she must if requested connect me witha supervisor she found one a Mr Iles who explained it much better and I was told I could pay it on monday 03/09/09 at a check free place I've always made my payment at everything was fine till today 03/09/09 when I get a call again from this Kathern person who was still hostile now saying I can't make my payment at a check free place and would have to use money gram western union, credit card or check by phone I ask what had changed since thursday she said "well you must have misunderstood" I said no my arrangements were quite clear> Once more I ask for a supervisor she said none was available and kept over talking me. Finally out of frustration I said do what you have to do since were not getting anywhere and I told her I would be calling back when I did a and ask for her supervisor the operator said none was available asking me my name then connected me to this Kathern person again very sarcastice, hostile, moody she said "well no matter what your going to have to deal with me I have your file" as if threatening me that if I insisted on speaking to a supervisor she could have my truck repoed. She then said I had till 12 noon. I realize this is a sub prime lender but don't they have to be respectfully and at lease listen to their client. Last week when I spoke to Iles to complain he said he'll listen to the tapes and get back with me. I ask again today if this call was being recorded reluctantly she said "yes" if in fact it was recorded they will hear how she treated me a paying customer>

    I have a loan with them also. This is the 4th year. I will be so happy when I am finished with these people. Extremely rude. I hate to be late with all the hell thay take your through. I just simply hang up on them. The latest I have ever been is 12 days late. They say they will take so much out of your account and end up taking more. I don't trust them. Be careful don't give them permission to go into your account.

    PLEASE CALL THE GOVERNOR OF CALIFORNIA'S OFFICE AND COMPLAIN. THE MORE THAT DO IT THE FASTER SOMETHING WILL BE DONE!
    THERE IS NO REASON WHY THEY SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE DOING THIS TO PEOPLE.

    I totaly agree.

    today they crossed the limit when i requested to talk to the manager who was apart of play pre concieved with no no and no only, told me that i dont even deserve to have a bycycle. That was to much I simply told them I will pay in two days but after this humilation I decided to some how get rid of this loan and meanwhile go to hiest level of complain with prof of recoded coversation.

    I will for sure make calls to the hiest authority. please advice more steps we can take against them for humiliating customer and desrespecting being their customer.

    Westlake financial services Put me through alot of stress. I paid my car off.Westlake over charge me.Had my car repo. And then told me I will never get my car title. Been waiting for my Attorney to get back with me .Haven't heard from him sent April. I say it time to go to the News with this Maybe then something will get done. And the fact Westlake financial services mess up my credit.
