SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / no product delivery

I ordered online and they sent the wrong item which I promptly returned. 22 days later and still going and I have had no replacement sent out. I have tried to contact them directly but there is no phone number, only emails which you get an automated response to. It is a TERRIBLE company and a VERY POOR service. Aftersales=CRAP, Customer care=CRAP, Communication=CRAP, Customer satisfaction=CRAP,
I have sent numerous emails, commented on various social networking sites and all to no avail. Anyone thinking of buying online from this company should have their heads examined. Avoid at all costs, you dont need the grief or hassle of chasing these conmen up to get a refund or the item you bought. If you look at online reviews their ratings are horrendous and all negative. How companies like this get away with treating paying customers like this amazes me.
And so the quest goes on...
