Vueling / flight cancelled 30 minutes before departure!
Dear Madam or Sir,
My daughter Héloïse Moulard was supposed to fly with Vueling today July 1st at 14.55 pm, but the flight was announced cancelled at 14.30. Vueling suggested another flight on July 4th ! Or today via Barcelona with an arrival in Madrid at 8 am ! We eventually took another company.
We would like you to refund the money I paid for this flight (241, 69 €), plus the difference between the price of this flight and the price of the other company flight (269, 19 €) that is to say 27, 40 €, plus the price of the taxi because my daughter has a disease that does not make possible a metro trip on her own with a big suitcase and moreover, the other flight is so early that there is no metro anyway (50 € each way ±). The reference of the reservation is FFIPRH and the client number is [protected].
