We bought a package with Vallarta Gardens in Dec. 2016, with the contract including that we were going to receive $116, 000US for our 5 timeshares. We have waited far beyond the 300 days they required. Payment was not made in Sept, 2017, as promised, nor in Nov. or Dec. now they are telling us Mar, 2018. Perhaps those of us with similar experiences should work together to solve our issues. Please contact us: [protected]@yahoo.ca
Hi- we were also scammed and I are looking into figuring out how to resolve this. There is an owners page on Facebook and many others are sharing their experience and stories we need to do something about this.

We are still waiting for our payment for weeks deposited, one excuse after another that the wire transfers dont go through. Anyone have advice on how to file complaints in Mexico and get some action
I too seemed to have fallen for their scam-and going to look into what we can (hopefully) do- there are MANY others on Facebook who share the same experience-there is an owners page we are all discussing trying to find out if we can sue
Timeshare resales are often scam, making business with it, is as bad as buying a timeshare from a resort, bad idea for investment if you're either trying to resale yours or buy a seconhad unit. Take a look at the article the say timeshare resale schemes have become the most rampant form of consumer fraud in the south-eastern of US. But I believe this definetly includes Mexico.

Is this company in Mexico or does anyone have any information about them being in the United States?
I totally agree, has anyone started a class action suit against this bunch of scammers?
