My wife and I have also been scammed by Vallarta Gardens. After declining their initial offers, they presented us with a 'foreclosed' contract that, in hindsight, was really too good to be true. We signed a contract stating Allianz Marketing Strategies would sell our weeks and give us $2550 per week we authorized them to sell. The payout date was delayed, then came the excuses that the contract was written up wrong and they were in trouble with the Mexican government, blah, blah, blah. The new payout day was supposed to be no later than October 7, 2022. They sent an email with a supposed payout amount and a bank transfer ID, but did not disclose which bank would be sending the funds. To date, we still have not received any payout and now they are not answering calls, do not return calls and do not respond to emails.

Do not be fooled by sites like this that say this is a legitimate business. They are scammers and have pulled this same scam using different fake marketing company names over the years. Just do a Google search and you will see. I wish I had done this homework before we agreed to go on that trip.

We are looking to join with others who have been scammed to see how we can pool resources and get our money back.

Desired outcome: Return all money paid for this fake marketing scam.

Our experience with Vallanta Gardens & Allianz Marketing is very similar to the complaint above. We purchased a "foreclosed" contract. This contract not only had a better price but it would give us 5 weeks to turn back over to PV so that they could rent them. We were promised to recieve $2,000 for each week. In addition to the new contract we purchased we would get an additional $2,000 per week which is a 4 week per year contract. We were there in Sept. of 2022. The pay out for these weeks was supponed to be deposited into our bank account in September of 2023. (So, a total of $18,000 for the weeks that we turned back into VG.) On top of this deal we supposedly sold them 2 time shares that we had. 1 with Pueblo Bonito & 1 with Vidanta. For a total of $101,000.00. I have called and emailed them multiple times. I even contacted the sales person who sold us the PV contract. He seemed to act like he would help us in the beginnning but, he is not doing anything at all. Another thing, Vallanta Gardens says we need to deal with Allianz Marketing because they sold us our contract. Allilanz says we need to deal with VG. WE are so dissapointed. The resort itself is small and intimate, but, I'm not sure if we made a reservation that we would even have a room reserved for us when we would arrive there.
