We have been receiving harassing phone calls from a company called US Pharmacy off and on for about two years now...these individuals (who all have middle eastern accents) are attempting to sell phamaceuticals to our household. The calls come in from early morning until evening time...I have received up to 7 - Yes, 7! - calls in one day. I have demanded that these people put me on their Do Not Call list - but they never do. Today, after hanging up on the individual, they called back twice; I let the call go to voicemail...the actually left messages, making lewd and X-rated vulgarities toward us - it was unbelieveable! Then, the "manager" called, threatening to call both the FBI and police on us, and threatening to take me to court because he didn't like the way I spoke to his employee. I wish they WOULD take me to court - they I could finally find out who they really are and SUE THEM! We can't block their calls from our lines bc their numbers are always "unavailable". This is America...why can't we do something about this? How in God's name are these people getting away with this? Has anyone ever bought from them? If so, please share anything you know about this company (address and phone number) so we can stop this people! What they are doing is AGAINS THE LAW!

One of the problems is that this company is not in the U.S. so our laws and Do Not Call list are not effective in stopping them. I am a doctor and I told them that selling these medications without a doctor's prescription is not legal in the U.S. but they do not care. When I said that what they are doing is a crime in the U.S. the called told me he was going to put my number on an international call list and that I would receive thousands of calls per day. I'm not sure what we can do from here in the U.S.

I make it a game. All you have to do is listen to their first sentence and repeat 3 or 4 words as a question."Hi this is Mike from US Pharmacy." I say "US Pharmacy?". Keep going by repeating a few words they say but adding nothing else. My recorder is eight questions before they catch on and hang up.

How did you make the calls stop. I have told them every way that I can think of to stop calling. I've told them I am on the do not call list. They laughed and said I was a customer. I have blocked at least 50 of their numbers, but I just got another call. I have told them that I will never do any business with US Pharmacy, but they still call. Me and my wife have both been insulted by their callers.

I am a medical doctor, but I always answer my home phone as John. I have gotten many of these pharmacy calls and I just hang up on them. Today, I was waiting for a call from work, so I answered the phone, "Hello, this is Dr. So-and-so". There was a long pause after which an Indian woman's voice said "um...hello?". (Also during the pause I could hear another person in the background saying hello this is mike from us pharmacy). I said "Yes, this is Dr. So-and-so." She immediately hung up. I'm not telling anyone to impersonate a physician on the phone, but I am saying it would probably be effective.

I'm curious. Did anyone change your number, and if so did it work? My brother gets their calls all day long (from different numbers, look like local calls), and it's been going on for years. Wonder why no techie has taken this on - someone will make millions if they come up with a solution!

I had these grubs calling me multiple times every week for over 8 years, I tried everything to get them to stop calling me but they would not give up. I finally got rid of them and have not had a call for over 5 months now. This is what I done, when they call, tell them you want to make an order but don't have your credit card handy as you are at work and ask them for a number so as you can call them back when you have time as you can not take these calls. (Tell them they can't call you back as it is your work phone and against company policy) once they give you their number so you can call them back, ring them. When they answer you start talking and then tell them to please wait a moment and you then push the hold button on your phone. Now you immediately push ADD CALL and phone the same number again and tell the same person the same story as above, keep going and adding 4 or more conference calls, then take them off hold and ask them questions about there family, goat or cow. When they hang up, simply just keep calling them again and again when you have free time to do so, they will eventually stop calling you as you are wasting multiple employees time and tying up their phone lines. I continued this for several hours over a 3 day period and have not had a call since, I tried everything else but with no luck.

I have two numbers that you can call to harass them back. I do it constantly. Make sure you dial star six seven first so that it will hide your phone number. The first one is star six seven eight four five seven eight nine five six seven six. The second one is star six seven four six nine four nine eight six seven seven one. Fight fire with fire, I always say. Good luck.

I am polite.
I listen to all telemarketers.
They will always hangup on me before I hangup on them.
Nonsequitor discussions throw them into a tailspin and frequently they pass it on to a supervisor.
In college we had fun...the record was over five minutes.
Favorite ploys at the moment are talking about the various flavors of Ben and Jerrys icecream or placing the phone on top of the grand piano and
answering every question with the two lowest notes of the keyboard...they think their equipment is broken.

Wow! 7 calls per day from those scammers? I typically get more than 30. One day I got 73 calls from them! I have hurt them though. I started giving them fake orders using cards that are formatted to match real ones so their computers can't tell they are fake. They actually shipped at least 34 orders, some to me but most to various addresses addressed to names like "Arnold Ziffle", "Jeffery Dahmer", "Eddie Haskle", "Patty O'Furniture" and quite a few others. They have threatened to sue me, and threatened to have me arrested (by the BBB, no less) and made quite a few death threats too. And they have occasionally spent time spoofing my number in the caller ID so would get hit with the flood of complaints, but I forward my calls to their sales numbers which seriously upsets them again.

I wrote a book with instructions on scamming them "Trolling Telemarketers for Fun Profit", it's on Amazon. And I record the calls and post the funnier ones on my youtube channel channel "Cheap [censored]"

These [censored] are ruthless. I have been fighting with them for years. no matter what you tell them, they keep calling. I have tried, whenever I have the time, to place an order. 200, 150 millgram viagra pills. every time I give them the same mastercard #. it's memorized. it was an old card I had with two or more digits changed. wrong expiration, and a cvv # of 007. it's gotten so a lot of time they know my name and get really pissed off. and they threaten me to make sure I get 100 calls a day. they have spoofed my # at least 5 different occasions and I get calls from legitamate people who have seen a missed call displaying my number. I don't reccomennnd you do what I do with the fake order, but your welcome to try.

These pests have been calling me every day for three years - sometimes I receive up to 30 calls a day. They are "spoofing" numbers so it often appears someone is calling from my area code, or with an individual's name. My business deals with people all over the country, so I always answer, in case it is a client.

Today I decided I will keep their grimy little hands busy, and ordered 100 tramadol pills under the name of "Holly Golightly" and using a credit card number I made up. They have called me back four times so far, saying they cannot get my card to go through, and wanting to verify the information.

As long as they are dinking around with my fake card, they aren't bugging someone else. If they get crappy with me, I plan to tell them they are not the only ones who can think of ways to mess with people. Perhaps if we all order hundreds of dollars using non-existent cards, they will stop with their harassment.

I am not alone! U.S. Pharmacy has been calling my office for the past 5-6 years. I also have repeatedly asked them to place our number on their do not call list and that does not work. They have gotten ugly with me and cussed me out or called me honey etc. I write the number down to block and it is always unavailable. I am so frustrated I could pull my hair out. Is there nothing we can do?

US Pharmacy is a business name used by a call centre in India. They phone to scam you into buying erectile disfunction medication (Viagra etc) and 'cheap prices' but the medication does not work...had a lab test their pills ….just fillers. today I received a phone call from and Australian number [protected] it is a dummy number...if you call it back you will get a message that it is disconnected. told me he was from us pharmacy and wanted to sell me some more pills very cheap. Was onto him this time ….tried to get details in regard to the operation ….where it is located contact details website details etc kept using language understanding difficulties to avoid answering the question but was very intent in making a sale. He finally admitted that he was not in the US but in India in a call centre doing the 'Australian afternoon shift'. Made out he sold me the last pills but finally got out of him that it was another person who no longer worked there was sacked because he was a scammer. He was pushing to make a sale but I informed him that I could and would not as they had scammed me on the last order. He said his name was david and told me her had to word there for 15 years or he would go to jail? told me that should I have a problem just contact him that he will resolve it (just like the other guy I said) Refused to pass my call to his boss. just said 'sorry' A MOB OF SCAMMERS>>>>>DON"T FALL FOR THEIR FRAUDS AGAINST THEIR OUTSIDERS

Have had many phone calls from these people including threats and horrible language they finally left a voicemail with a number that actually dials directly back to them. The numbers they call off of do not work if you try to call back. Calling [protected] is the number to reach them. I called back to back nearly 20 times and asked to speak to a manager each time- there aren't any they just pass the phone around. They continued to threaten and use foul language and each time I asked them to remove my phone number. After all these phone calls they were finally frustrated enough to remove my number and I have not had a call since. I would recommend attempting to call and return the favor until they realize you aren't letting it go anymore. That's the only thing that has worked for me.

I purchased a personal alarm that emits a very loud and very high frequency sound. I was receiving calls multiple time a week and after using it the first time more than a week passed before I received another call.

Only time will tell if this will work in the long term but the thought of painful ears on the other end makes me happy.

I too have been getting these calls frequently and have simply given up talking to them. I am in Australia so this is not a US only issue - they do this everywhere.

I always answer the phone and say hello which tells their system that there is a person on the phone but there is a short delay before they come on the line. I simply put the phone down and let them waste some time trying to talk to me.

I have tried to block them they just spawn another number, tried to reason with them, I tried being rude, I tried being nasty and foul they seem to enjoy it frankly! I don't know if there is any protection from the law it seems to be one of those crimes that are NO PRIORITY. I call them back and they were clever enough to employ a call back blocking number wanted to give them a dose of what they do to me several times a week. You would think the [censored]s would get the hint.

If some of us that are being harassed by US Pharmacy were to put together an action group to network and draw together everyone targeted by these goons, we would have thousands and thousands of members. Each one of us donates say 50 bucks (I know I would pay more than that to stop this crap). We would raise millions of dollars. Now we can finance a "team" of individuals with very special skills. I'm kinda thinking something like the Expendables. And we send them to India to have a little "talk" with everyone at their call center. Then they go to pay a visit to the place that makes their crappy so-called medications. And then they go knock on the doors of the Board Members, officials, accountants, and owners of US Pharmacy.
This might just put a stop to the phone calls.
And at the very least it would be a great idea for the next Stallone movie.

I get these calls 5-6 times a day too. Either US Pharacy or United States Pharmacy but their script is the same so they must be the same. When they call they say "Hi, this is Brian (or someother anglo name) from US Pharmacy. Do you take any medications like Viagra or Cialis". I reply with "Hi I'm Sanjay from India pharmacy. Do you take any medications like viagra or cialis? If not you should. I had a 3some with your mother and sister last night and they both complained you can't get hard enough to satisfy them anymore". (9 times out of 10 they hang up on me). Once in a while you get someone who wants to react and play so I go with the flow. After a few minutes I let hem know how stupid they are because they are dialing for dollars yet they are wasting time with me because it obvious I'm not going to buy anything from them. If it gfoes to far I tell them the shame is that England didn't kill more of them when they held Indian in slavery for 400 years. That one always pisses them off. If its a female calling I say I will buy some but only if she comes over so I can test it out on her.

I suggest you place an order. a big one. $800, $1000 whatever. give them your name, address, the whole bit. but change a couple digits on your card. also change your expiration date, and cvc #. I like to use 007. write it down and give them the same fake # over and over. sometimes the shipping and billing dept. will call you back and ask what's wrong. you tell them you get 8 or 9 calls a day, no matter what you tell them about not wanting to buy anything. so, from now on. you will place this order with every call you get and you will give the same bad cc #. tell them you will do this until one of you die. it seems to really piss them off.

I use online credit card number generators to make up fake numbers that are formatted to match a real card. Their computers can't tell it's bogus, the only way they can know is to try to run it. They actually shipped 34 orders totaling over $30, 000! Most of it they shipped to fake names and addresses (also matching real streets with real zip codes). Some of the names I gave them which they shipped orders to are "Arnold Ziffle", "Eddie Haskle", "Jeffery Dahmer", "Norman Peterson", and "Patty O'Furniture". Yet they still call, usually between 25 and 50 calls every day. One day they called 73 times! But they almost never call on a Sunday.

There is no pharmacy company, of course. The problem is the manufacturer is a company in India making generic drugs often violating patent laws, and typically low quality but real. Then any idiot with a cell phone or internet connection becomes a call center and starts peddling the crap. Half of them are individual idiots and the other half are actual call centers, sleaze bags hiring other idiots to answer the phones when the robodialer calls. Some of the centers use neighbor spoofing, some use random spoofing. some use a real number, but it's a disposable cell phone and they change it every week or two. Most of them use VOIP so even the phone company could only trace it to some server in the US at best.

The scumbags fight with each other, which can be very entertaining when you get two calls at the same time and conference them together, each thinking the other is trying to steal his customer. But if you tick them off, they add your number to their list which they sell to the other 100, 000 and they all start calling you every day, each using the same fake company name and each with a different spoofed number every time.

It will never stop unless and until there is pressure put on the government of India to put a stop to it of the telephone systems are redesigned to stop it.

I receive these calls in Australia also. The company behind this scam is VE Health NOTHING WILL STOP THEM. I called a number associated with this company at 2am india time and spoke to a guy calling himself the CEO. He was in India.

If you call the 1800 number in USA at 2am India time it is diverted to him.

Did no good. I have tried stretching out the call with lots of silence, abusing them, blocking numbers, many other strategies. These calls are computer generated with random numbers for caller ID. These peopl;e are paid to be abused. the more you do the more you lose but they still get paid regardless.

In my opinion only a concerted effort by all governments will sto-p this. Legislate to bann ALL calls originationg fro india until the telecommunications companies in India track and block access to the system at source. Form a worlwide block to India and the government will be forced to act.

I have tried everything-- from giving them fake credit card numbers to calling in bomb threats. Now I just have fun with them (although the bomb threats were kind of fun). Sometimes I negotiate really hard and get the price down to 40 cents per pill, but I have to buy 500 pills. After I’ve wasted a bunch of their time and they think they struck a deal, that’s when the fun begins.

US Pharmacy: What’s your name?
Me: Abrahamaramalamarov Siddhaparushkanityannandasalamahramabob
US Pharmacy: Can you spell that?
Me: Uhh. I don’t think so.
US Pharmacy: What’s your card number?
Me: 4595640901114508174432298…
US Pharmacy: Stop! That’s too many numbers.
Me: Well, you can’t expect the credit card company to fit my name on just one card, do you?
