The post office between benton, Louisiana and thermopolis, wyoming. I recently mailed out two boxes to my mother containing baby items for my sisters little newborn baby girl, including new items and some of my son's outgrown items also family heirlooms. It was in a 10 gallon aquarium box filled with 20 pounds of baby items. One box made it there days later and the 14th of April. They were mailed out on April 11th. To this date the other box is still missing. I have contacted both mail recovery centers and been told there is no record of this box. I have contacted the postal inspector, the postmaster here in benton and the inspector general with no luck. No one seems to care that this box is nowhere to be found. My only thought is that it has been stolen, as it is not where it should be at my mothers house nor is it in the mail recovery center where I was told undeliverable mail would go. I have contacted everyone and with no luck. So be warned if you want your package to make it to wherever make sure you insure it or mail it UPS. Dont trust the post office. They don't care.

One package transferred to the postal service, but they are still waiting on the package. UPS has not delivered it yet, tracking number shows USPS waiting on package. UPS has horrible service, it takes way longer to deliver from this company, if you get it; they will dump your package at the post office.
It used to follow the shipments across the nation, now it is totally worthless. Now it shows shipped. That's it, until delivered. UPS employees got a raise and the customers got the shaft.
paid for 2 day delivery, package is 5 minutes from my house and they change delivery to the next day, 3 day not 2 day. Impossible to get a human on the phone. I WILL NEVER PAY FOR UPS SHIPPING AGAIN!

Needs to improve communication between their drivers and their parcel recipients by providing their drivers phones and/or GPS maps with which to alert parcel recipients as to the general whereabouts of their drivers and the recipent's position in the delivery line so the latter doesn't have to wait all day in one place for his package.

Useless ... Simply useless ! There concept of customer service is nothing but excuses ! On day five (5 days past the quoted delivery date) still waiting to find my package !

You pay extra for faster shipping, and packages just keep getting delays. You can't talk to a physical person about any issues...they won't reimburse for the shipping that does not arrive when stated. Pricing gets more expensive and the service continues to be garbage. Any time I can just go with usps I will.
There was a time when you could call the UPS 800 # and get an inteligent answer regarding a shipment. Thank is no longer the case. You call [protected] and all you can do is talk to voice prompts and recordings. Then they have the nerve to advise that the call is being recorded. Bull
On May 9, 2023 at 12:10 PM a UPS driver traveling North on Spirit Way in Charlotte, NC 28215 was traveling at an excessive speed. Unfortunately, this is not the first UPS truck that speeds through the Cresswind neighborhood.
Placed a call concerning a lost package and open claim. They told me I called too much and hung up. It’s my package that the receiver keeps calling me asking so I’ve been trying to get an answer A couple different employees have all been rude and disrespectful
I have been trying to get resolution to 3 claims for over 6 months now and nothing. I have been on the phone so many times for hours and I mentally cannot do it anymore! Something has to be done! Paying the last two times for UPS air two day delivery is an embarrassing ripoff. I am DONE paying for such a poor service. I will only be using fedex going forward- regardless of cost. Why? Because they send an actual picture of your delivery on your doorstep.

The package was delivered at 10:36 and was thrown behind our mailbox in the culvert. That was disrespectful. Our driveway was clear all the way to our house. Friday, December 16 at 4:04 P.M. at Front Door. UPS man was going from door across the street as if he couldn't find the right house. My rights were violated as it is a federal crime to open someone's mail and then tape it shut.
We will not use UPS as long as they gather information for government about gun purchases.
Ups driver keeps backing into the driveway several times a day to delivery his packages on our street! not sure if its different drivers everytime or the same guy. The neighbors accross the street also has a son employed by ups and he parks his truck in the middle of our street often as well.
The Delivery driver for my package threw it up on the side of my house, on the porch /deck. This is not the side of the house to deliver. Deliverys are on the west side of my house on the concrete step.
The diver threw my package at a great distance and the side of the box was crushed.

Tired of the UPS driver leaving our packages at the main road almost a half mile from our home! This is the second time in 3 days the driver just dumped them off. FIX IT! Or hire a drive that can do the job! We have seen other drivers always have the time to stop for lunch, and still bring everything to are door
The driver said the package wasn't on the truck and didn't know where it was. This is 1K of custom-made engine vales. I took 4 weeks to make them. I got the last of the metal to make them. December is the earliest that they will have more metal to make anymore.
I’m a senior and UPS only made one attempt to deliver my package. Now I have to run around to retrieve it. Poor business practice. Why can’t they attempt a second delivery? Original delivery was on Thursday 9-29 and no other attempt has been made. No other company has this problem except UPS.
I ordered a phone through Apple and it was delivered through UPS. I was at work but I have security cameras that show my package being thrown at 2:41pm on the 16th of September. Mind you it’s a phone that was in that small box. (Not heavy at all) to be thrown like that. I’ve worked for Amazon so I know how it is

I expected a delivery on 8/23/22 from Amazon thru UPS. I received notification that delivery was made at 2:04 pm. specifying that the package was left either on the porch or at the front door. I live at 3730 Evergreen Drive Apt. 106 in Monroeville PA 15146. It is an apartment complex with a specific coded delivery service.

I received an email last Thursday 02/01/20 from UPS stating I would be receiving a parcel on the Friday 03/01/20 by END OF DAY.
I waited in all day but no delivery, at 20:38 I received another email stating the deivery had now been rescheduled for Monday 06/01/20 by END OF DAY again!.Extremely poor service.
December 5. At about 4 o'clock, I was asked by the ups driver to let me remove my car from the door of his garage. He was completely unsure that he had broken into the private territory of someone else's lot. Very unfriendly. I asked. If Your driver broke into my parking lot again. I decided to sue you.
UPS never rings the doorbell! Fast seems to be there motto with no concerns for the customer.They knock once or simply throw small packages on the porch. All in clear view so that they can be stolen. I have always been disappointed with their service. Their package handlers are the worst. I would never choose to ship anything by UPS!

License gey 441 in Miami at 945 am Monday 9/16. Your driver almost killed me, he was speeding in a residential area. Not sure who gave him a job there but you should really look carefully at this driver.
I was driving behind one of your trucks today (8/15)on Terry Rd in Truck number 143317. I could hardly breathe due to the smog from this trucks exhaust. Please address this as it makes your company appear to be careless in the public's eye about the environment and the public's well being.! !
Dennis Robertson Jr. an employee of UPS working in Louisville, Ky is using illegal drugs. His drug usage consists of marijuana and possibly crystal meth. It would be in your companies best interest to investigate this matter.
