Tiger Direct / never shipped and charged cr card

I purchased, I thought, monitor and motherboard from them. I was given a order number and told it would arrive no later than 2/19.
After I checked my bank account and verified they processed the payment, I called the company on the 18th and asked what the status was. They told me they waiting for payment!. I told them they were paid. they proceeded to give me the run around.
Then get this they charged my account a 2nd time!... I cancelled the order told them I want both charges refunded. Of course it is going to take 5 days . I called my bank and I am disputing both charges. this company really sucks pig scat.

Sorry you had trouble with that...merchants legally have 30 days to refund your card though, just so you know...
