I bought the VersaVu Rotating Case for my iPad mini in blue from Targus International LLC on December 10 for $24. It was supposed to arrive on December 14, but it didn't. I got a tracking number, which is [protected], but when I called Targus customer service, they didn't do anything to help me. I went to Fed Ex with the tracking number, and they told me that the package couldn't be delivered because it was empty!

I called again after two weeks and they said they already shipped it. But after another two weeks, I called again and they said they sent it to the wrong address. I gave them the right address again, but I still haven't got the strap. I asked for a tracking number, but they said they don't have one.

I went on a trip and forgot my charger for my laptop. I found a Targus adapter for my model and contacted Targus customer service to make sure it worked with my laptop. After using the adapter for my trip and coming back home, I found out that neither the OEM Charger nor the Targus adapter worked to charge and power my laptop. I contacted customer service and they said the adapter was fine (which I never said it wasn't). The Targus adapter broke my laptop, even though a Targus Agent told me it was compatible with my now broken device. I haven't had a working laptop for 6 weeks because of this issue, and it will take even more weeks to get a replacement part to fix it. Millions of people are working from home during this pandemic, and I'm really disappointed in how long it's taking Targus to fix my problem and admit they were wrong. My laptop was really important for me to work and provide for my family during these times. I sent my adapter back for testing by Targus Engineers, and it arrived 9 days before they tested it. I know Targus is taking the pandemic seriously, but waiting 9 days for my issue to be unresolved is a long time. As a long time customer of Targus, I'm really disappointed and hope we can fix this.
