TeeChip black gildan hoodie - 3xl - colors of the flocking are really disgusting!

My order #[protected] (For the campaign edition limitÉe) concerning your product: black gildan hoodie - 3xl priced $43, 95 usd
- I received it on time - tks
- the size was conform with my requirements - tks
- the quality of the sweat-shirt apparently not too bad... But

- the colors of the flocking are really disgusting !
No shades in white / gray... All are dirty white
The red is washed-out orange
The yellow is washed-out, and the orange color appear throught
The drawing for the two hands is completely a disaster
I am ashamed to go out with on the street, this is not a good image for the "ffr"

What can you suggest now ? Tks for your attention

TeeChip shirts

Not only did myself but my father in law order shirts from teechip.com the site gave us an order confirmation number. Sent us emails and everything. We called twice and it was the same woman that spoke to us which was odd. And she kept trying to rush both of us at different times to go to the next customer. We tried tracking the number and it didn't work. We find the advertisement on facebook. We want a refund back... Wtf I think facebook needs to remove this product overall.

TeeChip coffee cup

I ordered a Minnion coffee cup, they debited my account, sent an e-mail it would be shipped (estimated that is) Nov 19th. Every time I try to track my order I get redirected to Error 403? Wth! This was advertised on Facebook. Facebook needs to investigate this company. I feel facebook is responsible for not only this company stealing from unsuspecting consumers but the reimbursement of money lost

TeeChip I have not received the t-shirt I ordered.

I ordered a shirt on oct 26th and I have yet to receive it. Each time I call to track my order the voice recording says my order will be mailed out nov 2? It's the 14th! I want a full refund. I can't even get a hold of someone at the customer service # listed as [protected] or the customer complaint # [protected]. This is a disgusting company with fraudulent actions.

TeeChip t shirt

Was Halloween shirt. Cost more than I'd normally pay but ok had minion on it. Order Oct 15 was told would receive Oct 28 according to the sites own tracking was here Oct 21. No it wasn't. I asked they honestly tried to blame me...unreal. I wasn't patient enough orders are sent right out domestic take 7 days others 3 weeks. They are in Indianapolis I'm in NY . When did NY become foreign country. I complained four times. Ignored 2 of the 4 once was told was my fault shouldn't go by their tracking. Last time told me file complant. Wow only 20-30 folks ahead of me, who had wasted their time as well. Felt worse for some of them they got nothing. The one thing we all had in common was our credit cards had ALL been billed same moment of order. I've reported to BBB and I advise you all to do same

TeeChip t-shirts

I ordered 2-tshirts totaling 73.96, they still have not come, where are they. Is this how you do business? Ordered on 10/27/2016. My phone number: [protected]. I want my products. Or a answer of where they are. If I don't here from you I will turn it over to an attorney. You have a lot of reviews, bad ones. I didn't want to believe them, but things look bad. Nothing takes this long.

TeeChip teechip campaign, limited edition sweatshirt

I ordered this sweatshirt on october 31, 2016 online. There was no sizing chart that was accurate on the order form. This is what the sizing chart listed:
3x-large 54-56 in. 137-142 cm. What does this mean? 54-56 inches where? Thus I trusted that it would conform to the 3x size I am used to.

I take a 3x in all my clothes and they fit perfectly. This sweatshirt in 3x is swimming on me. It is incredibly large and there is no way I can wear it. I have disputed this charge and expect to be able to exchange it. When purchasing clothing online with no opportunity to try on the clothes, there must be an exchange policy to support the buyer. I will not pay over $40 for an item that I can not wear through no fault of my own.

I would like to return this item for a size 2x or get a refund.

TeeChip tee shirt

10/18/16 order tee shirt re ivory elephants. Dwyane johnson promoting via facebook. I have not yet received the tee shirt. $28.94 was charged, yet i'm still waiting. I've called several of teechip.com's contact phone numbers, yet each and everyone keep on hold for over 9 minutes. No one picked up the call. I've just remained on the line as long as I could. Their automation, asked if you want to leave a v/m dial 1. When doing so the call gets disconnected.

TeeChip limited edition parker hannifin t - shirt

Tee chip is the worst company I have ever dealt with! I placed an order for a t-shirt on one of their limited edition campaigns. I received the shirt on saturday. I had ordered a relaxed fit xl (46" - 48"). What I received was labeled an xl but measures that of a relaxed fit medium (Less than 42"). I sent an email on saturday and did not receive a response until today, wednesday. I called on monday and sat on hold for over a 1/2 hour waiting to talk to someone and finally had to hang up. I called again on tuesday and was on hold again until I was hung up on (Cut off). I called back and was on hold again. I finally spoke with a gal who said I needed to file a claim online and attach a picture of what was wrong. I went to the claim site and explained in detail what had occurred but the site would not upload my picture. Today I received an email denying my claim. No explanation. Just said "denied"! I wrote back again and asked why. I received another email stating all sales are final and I should have referred to the size chart. I wrote back again stating I had referred to the size chart and what was shipped was labeled an xl but did not measure an xl. They wrote back again and said no returns no refunds to go look at the terms and conditions. I am fed up with this lack of customer service! This in not my fault. I ordered accordingly and what was received was not as stated on their web site! I am posting this on facebook for everyone to see until I get resolution. I either want the correct size sent or a refund! I have never dealt with a worse company. If parker hannifin buys any their t-shirts from this company they should look for another supplier.

TeeChip shirt I ordered never received, yet the "file claim" page they direct me to can't be found/doesn't exist.

I ordered a black pittsburgh "we are family" shirt with the steelers, pirates and penguin's logo on it. Somehow, the shipment got screwed up and I never received it. They directed me to, "file a claim at: teechip.com/file_claim. "i've tried it repeatedly, and only get an "error 404 message: this page cannot be found". They are saying, in order to do anything, I have to file a claim, but their claim page doesn't exist! Every reputable company i've dealt with using online sales has cheerfully refunded my money after receiving their merchandise back. This order # is: 56f733df6b2ff05e2ebced95

Hey guys, here is another sucker talking about a scam from a "Teechip" offer viewed in Facebook. On November 25, 2016 (a Friday), I saw a post on our Facebook page about a T-shirt identified as a "I Am A Proud American". I liked the wording on the shirt, so I decided to order one. I entered the sizing information, credit card info, etc., and placed the order. I immediately got a confirmation E-mail message from a "Donotreply@Teechip.Com" website confirming my order listing the "campaign end date (what, are they running for election too?), the expected ship date and the pertinent order information. I thought my order had been placed normally, so I was not worried until Saturday, December 3, 2016. I had been monitoring the shipper's (DHL) website, monitoring the order number listed in Teechip's confirmation Email. The DHL website continued to show that my order was waiting to be received by DHL's Ecommerce Distribution Center. I started calling DHL's phone number trying to find out why my order never showed as being "enroute". On Wednesday, December 21, I called DHL and talked to a "Crystal" who told me that DHL had never received my order from Teechip! She connected me to a number she said was Teechip, and after several rings, I got an automated message that said to enter my "order number". It took several tries to get the number entered, but as soon as I did, the connection was cut off. I noticed their website was listed as "Teechip.Com", so I did a search on this website in Bing. I went to their website listed and filed a complaint online with my order number. I immediately got a confirmation E-mail AGAIN stating that my claim had been received and an "Agent" would review my claim and get back to me as soon as possible. As of this date, I have heard nothing from anyone associated with Teechip, and I still do not have my T-shirt! The results displayed from my Bing search were definitely NOT GOOD! There are countless unresolved complaints against this company, most of which are about non delivery of orders placed with them! I am currently in the process of filing a complaint with the FTC (on Monday, after the holiday) and I have disputed the charge against my credit card and I have requested a new credit card number!

My stronger than strong recommendation is that you place no orders with a company called "Teechip", either through Facebook or any other web page. Check my Facebook page occasionally, as I will post any results I get back from the FTC (WWW.FTC.Gov). If you come across any ads from "Teechip", post whatever information you find on this Facebook page, and I will document it. Thanks! Beware! JW

OK, here is what I have been able to find out about this "Teechip" company so far: The company is owned by a "ooshirts Inc." out of Fremont, CA. The Entity No. is #C3431471 and the address is 41454 Christy Street, Fremont, CA 94538. The "agent" is a Raymond Lei and HIS address is 10035 Byrne Ave., Cupertino, CA 95014. I have also found a phone number [protected]) reported to be for "Teechip", but I have reason to believe it is located in Indiana! Not exactly California, is it? If you have already ordered anything from this "Teechip" company, keep this information handy; You're probably going to need it! Otherwise, don't waste your money ordering anything from this company! Let me know if YOU find out anything else. Thanks! JW

I ordered twice from them/ Once the receipt said correct size but the confirmation didn't. I emailed and they corrected it.
Second order I ordered a Large, the confirmation was correct, but they sent an XL. I stayed on the phone 20 minutes before hanging up.
I tried to contact them through the CLAIM process but also received an ERROR. "ENTER PAYMENT METHOD". There was no place to even enter one but why would that even be asked for a wrong size?

Guessing they are working children who are used a slaves but can not spell therefor not able to fill the orders correctly?

TeeChip thieves!

Don't ever order anything from these thieves! Save your hard earned money and shop elsewhere. I've ordered a hoodie back in November and it is now March and I still nave no idea where my hoodie is! It's been 3 bloody months since I ordered and absolutely nothing! Tried to contact TeeChip customer service but never received a reply! These clowns stole my money! I just want either my hoodie or my money back! This is absolutely unacceptable!

TeeChip terrible place!

This website is the most horrible place I've ever dealt with! I ordered several items from TeeChip and it take them forever to deliver my items, shipping took way too long. Waited over two months to receive my package. Size were absolutely wrong, way too small for me. So I contacted customer service and tried to get an exchange for a different size. When they refused I asked for a refund, but they refused again. Terrible place to shop! Never again!

TeeChip letting a 12 year old place a order and then there is no response and why no refund?

My 12 year old daughter decided that she needed a walking dead phone case, with out my permission she placed a order to get a phone case she that without understanding placed the order and she ordered 4 cases at 74.96 I called the number I could find than is was told to go file a complaint with the company they do not refund money they might trade me for a another item or I am out due to a 12 year oldies mistake, this is awful I called my bank and they informed me I can call the company and if they do not respond my bank will be involved due to a underage child ordering. So please resend to me call [protected] or email me [protected]@gmail.com in the next day or so I will continue to address this issue I have a lawyer at the bank.

I ordered 2 masks on April 13. It is now May 15 and, I have still not recieved the masks!
Customer service is poor to non-existent. They e-mailed me to say my order has been shipped. 1 week later still waiting!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

TeeChip horrible experience!

I purchased two shirts back in january. Two weeks ago, i finally received a confirmation email and was told that my items were shipped. Then i went online and checked the tracking system which said that my order arrived and will be delivered in a few hours. That never happened. Three days later i was already tired of waiting so i contacted the shipper to check on the package. They said that my package was never received and advised me to contact teechip. I contacted their customer service and was told that there was a shipping problem. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money, but i was told that no refunds are possible! Now i have my credit card company working on the situation and am also reporting them to bbb.

TeeChip thieves!

I purchased a t-shirt from TeeChip and received it only two months later. The shirt I received was extremely small, it would fit a 10 year old child. I contacted TeeChip customer service via email because I couldn't find a phone number on their website. They said that there will be no returns or exchanges. They accept damaged items back. Since my shirt was not damaged there was nothing they could do. After emailing back and forth several times they basically did not provide me any sort of resolution. And now I have no idea what to do with that shirt, I can't even wear it! I'm very disappointed with this company. I will never order anything from this site again!

TeeChip absolute terrible business!

I bought two t-shirts in June 2015 from TeeChip and it is now January 2016 and still nothing! I checked the order status and it still says „processing”. I've emailed them numerous times and these thieves are still ignoring me! I demanded a full refund and asked them to cancel my order. But since they don't read my messages nothing was done to solve the problem. Absolutely no response from TeeChip. I could have grown my own cotton plants and made my own t-shirts! I'm sure it would be better quality and it would be much faster! This is a scam company! Don't buy anything from them, this is nothing more than a money taking fraud!

TeeChip if you want bad service, order from teechip.

I purchased a shirt back in december from this website. It was supposed to arrive in a few weeks. Three weeks passed and since nothing arrived I contacted teechip customer support. Their rep said that my item had already been shipped. Several days later I received an email from them stating that the shirt had been delivered. Well, I did not receive anything so I contacted them again. I was told that the message I received was false and i'll receive my shirt in few days. He also gave me a 50% refund as an apologise. I thought that was nice, but only later I discovered that my order was cancelled. Horrible experience. I will never shop here again. What a horrible company.

TeeChip gildan hoodie heliconia

I have contacted tee chip numerous times about what I ordered & what I actually received. I have talked to 3 people from their customer service department per email explaining the situation.The first person was Tianna. She obviously didn't read what was written. Then Shelly I believe. Finally Sandra. I have sent proof of pictures per Sandra's request to [protected]@teechip.com from my phone. That was the email she wanted the pictures sent to. I enclosed my email address, physical address, home number as well as my cell number so they could contact me with every email I sent to them hoping this issue could be resolved .Since I sent them the pictures of what I ordered & what I actually received I have not heard back from this company. I feel their customer service dept is a joke. It's been close to a month since their last email. I have attempted contact numerous times being nice & patient for this to be taken care of.The product ordered was a lt pink CNA hoodie. order # 5663be327012477542fb59f in xlg. I ordered it before Christmas. I received the hoodie before Christmas which was awesome until I opened it to find a really ugly dark pink CNA hoodie with a dark box around the letters printed on it. It was poorly printed & not even the color ordered & the letter size wasn't right either. Sandra gave me a case # 345246. I spent $45.48 on this hoodie for a Christmas gift & I was embarrassed to give it because of the poor quality, the ugly dark box around the huge lettering, & it being the ugly dark color. I have pictures on my phone of what I ordered & what I received. I would like to have the correct hoodie I ordered. I feel I have waited more than ample time to have this resolved. I'm in customer service in the job I have. If the customer has a complaint we do whatever it takes to make them happy. Product replacement, refund or whatever it takes. This company's customer service stinks. I have tried twice to reach them on the phone as well. They say they're open until 5:30 eastern time. Every time I call plenty of time before their closing time the recording says they're closed & to remain on the line to leave a voicemail. So I do that & then get a busy signal & no voicemail. I'm beyond frustrated. I would be more than happy to send pics off my phone to you so you can see what I'm talking about if I get a reply back from you.I'm hoping to get this resolved in a timely manner. To me it's been way to long. This is my last attempt to get this handled. If it's not handled to my satisfaction I will report this company & post on every site not to order from them as well. I was hoping it would have been taken care of at the first attempt. As I said above I have made numerous attempts. That's not true customer service. It's poor customer service. Orders Nov 2nd. Still nothing. Paid thru Paypal and no comments, no tracking number, no nothing. It's been over a month and I REALLY wanted this for Christmas for my mother.

I returned a broken item and you people got it back on 1o/31/18 at 11:32 am. I also paid the shipping back. I email you and tried to call a number of times but no response from anyone. this is the last time I try and than I am going to call the Better Business Bureau to have something done.

TeeChip everything

This company is the biggest joke I've ever ordered from! Not only has my order not even gone into production, they absolutely will not allow me to cancel the order! I was told my order could not be cancelled, ship dates are never guaranteed (as they may "continue to change as the orders increase and firm ship dates are not allowed to be issued"). So basically they're telling me I may never get my order? I asked to speak with a manager regarding the issue and I was told "there is no manager you can speak with". Of course, I was livid- so I decided to do a little research on TeeChip Not to my surprise TeeChip has HUNDREDS of complaints/negative reviews against them. They score an "F" on the BBB and is NOT an accredited company. TeeChip was established on May 5, 2014 and from what I can find (hypestat) the ISP address is registered to Amazon, Inc. I took the liberty of emailing [protected]@amazonaws and [protected]@enom to inform them of TeeChip's conduct and fraud. TeeChip currently has hundreds of negative reviews against the company listed on Pissedconsumer, Sitejabber, BBB, Complaintsboard, [redacted], scamadvisor, and Easycounter (just to name a FEW) Through reading hundreds of reviews- it looks like TeeChip has stolen Thousands of dollars from consumers all over, including myself. I've even read some hilarious reviews from ex-employees slandering the company saying things like "stay far away from this place" and "they'll take your money and give you the ring around". Sounds like a great business, huh? Sorry TeeChip- I WILL find a way to shut you down, and i'll enjoy every minute of it. Toodles!
