if you want to sleep on the floor, order a bed from structube
So i ordered a bed and mattress from structube, and after managing to schedule a delivery within their very limited options the order arrived without the bed.
Only the mattress. No answers, no explanation, no bed. Calls to customer service advised that they would get back to me on monday to 're-schedule' the delivery.
So like the subject says, unless you want to sleep on the floor don't order a bed -- or possibly anything -- from the structube website.

We received our table with a dent (manufacturer's defect) and dealt with their staff for over a month to attempt to schedule the delivery of a replacement product. The staff clearly do not communicate and after each promising to call back, never did, ending with another phone call accusing us of never responding to their messages. This has been an overall disappointing and time consuming experience, and we would certainly never recommend this store. Stay away if you can - you'd be better off with Ikea.

This is one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with. They sent me a defective sofa bed that wouldn't close, then their incompetent customer service [censor] did absolutely nothing to help, and kept lying to me to get rid of me. It took over two weeks of multiple calls and frustration for me to get that sofabed out of my apartment. And they wouldn't refund the delivery fee, because they "had delivered the product." So basically, they mess up, their incompetent "customer service" people do nothing to help, and the customer is the one that ends up screwed. Stay as far away from this company as possible. The day this horrible company goes out of business, I will throw a party and everyone who's had to deal with their crappy products and customer service [censor] is invited.

Beware do not buy from this store.They screwed my whole order up.They delivered 2 of my pieces a month late and told me i had been bumped on the rest of my order because i wanted them to deliver me whatever they had after a month of waiting.They told me i would have to wait at least 2 more weeks for my other 2 pieces of my bedroom set.After 2 weeeks i went by the store to see how much longer i would have to waitThe manager then told me they had placed the order wrong and i would have to reorder and wait all over again.I got my money back for the 2 night tables and i told the manager i will never buy furniture from them again, she said im sorry you feel that way.Go to anywhere else but here to buy your furniture.THEY DONT GIVE A C*** ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Structube - bad service
After purchasing a chair and console from Structube, I went back a week later to pick up the items. When they brought the two items out, instead of the console I ordered, there was a desk. Somehow, someway, it was my fault!!! I then asked that they order the console and deliver to my condo without charge, not only do they refuse, but they were rude...
