Truck #128 WORSE EVER! The truck itself has a problem. We have used Stanley Steamer for years and never had one this loud or shake the neighbors houses so badly they had to leave for an hour. And the staff on this truck has horrendous skills - they gave me grief and I am pretty certain the one said "fu** you" in response to my asking him if he was done if he could possibly shut down the noise. The noise was extraordinary but worse, their service is horrendous and their attitudes - well, let me just say I would NEVER hire these two. We have a noise ordinance in this town and these guys far exceeded the limit and we will call the police if we hear them again. Do not send truck #128 to this neighborhood EVER again.
