Spa Lady / Membership, contract

I signed up for a year long membership with spa lady in October of 2015 where I am to pay $19 bi-weekly. Unfortunately being a university student I was no longer able to afford this, nor was I able to afford the $180 cancelation fee that I was not informed about upon my registration (I was told by the lady working there that if anything happened I would have the chance to cancel my registration with no fee, which incredibly irritated me as I had obviously been lied to). However I talked to someone from their head management about my current financial business and they kindly offered to provide me with 2 months free as of now in order to give me time to figure my finances out. Spa lady does have a unbinding contract unfortunately but if you are willing to talk to head management they are sympathetic and willing to help you out in any way they can.

    I have the same problem. I signed up for myself and my daughter and now I need to cancel it as it is not a good time for us to pay all the expenses and they are asking for $200 cancellation fee for each of us :( they didn't mention this at all. I was under the impression that I can cancel within 30 days and that is all... so much misinformation. customer services is really bad. I am glad I didn't refer my friends to this
