Slotomania/Playtika / I was not given a wildcard

I have been in contact with Slotomania customer support due to missing coins that was not added to my account, then to top it off this morning everyone who completed "spring blast comp" would recieve a free wildcard. I completed these sets twice and havent recieved one yet it says in my history i did. The card they say i chose was not a card i needed i had plenty of sets that only needed one card to complete them so why would i choose something i did not need? This may sound confusing but ive been playing for 7 to 8 years and never had an issue. Now that i need their help im getting absolutely no where.im not only a loyal player i am a frequent payer to play. It was only Monday (Australia time) that i spent $1000 on this particular game. They dont mind accepting my money but dont care about me as a customer with my complaint. They are making me feel like a liar which i most definitely am not. I do not know who else to contact. Can you please help???
