Sharaf Dg - Safeer Mall Sharjah — worst delivery service
This complaint is regarding worst delivery service ever provided by any store outlet in UAE.
I have purchased a LG front load machine on 03-Jan-15 ref. SI/02536/S01/150103/00025 from Safeer Mall Branch.
I have been told that it will be delivered to me by Saturday i.e. 10-Jan-15. Since then me and my wife are chasing Sharaf DG Customer care number for almost 6 times, but no reply from customer service. Whenever we are calling, we are receiving the same reply that it will be delivered by today. I spoke to Mohammed, Yasmin, one lady ...
I ask them to give the Safeer Mall contact no or branch Incharge contact no. They doesn't know branch incharge name and give the phone no also. The same time they are telling nobody will pick the phone. This is Sharaf DG.
Three years back I purchaised from Sharaf dg, same thing happened. This I mentioned also, still they are same.
