Samsung Window Air Conditioner / ac life is 2 years as you will not get service after that

People beaware, you will not get timely services from samsung india as there is no one take care after sales service in this country. I have a window ac of 1.5 ton which i purchsed in 2009. Since last 6 months i am very much fed up with the performance of that ac and on calling customer care i am getting monotonous lines by the executive " sir your call will be attended within 24 hours and you will get a call by today evening before 8 pm" but i am surprised to beleive that for samsung, 24 hours means 3-4 days and still i am waiting the service man to take care my ac.

i have logged a service request on 20/5/2011 at 9.23 am but nobody turned up yet i.e. on 22nd may 2011 1 pm. wherein i had put in several reminders at the call center but no reverts except punch line from samsung" sir your call will be attended within 24 hours and you will get a call by today evening before 8 pm"

    bhai pata karo kitne ac bikte hai samsung ke aur kaun bechta hai ye sab, pata chale to hum sab milkar posters chapwa kar laga dete hai dukano par

    13/4 /10 i purchased window AC model No 18zkc 1 . 5 ton . and my experience is soo bad SAMSUNG . there silver condenser totaly dead. and now i called to your customer care number so they are behave very rude and asked 4000 Rs, for replace is . this is my first and final prodect wich i buyed from SAMSUNAG . i will naver buy any samsung prodect in futher and suggest to other do not buy any samsung prodect . is posible so please help on this case to replace my AC condenser . its is very thank full for me . i will wait for your costumer care reply

    i sent one complaint mail to samsung CEO Mr. B D park. hope they will make better there worst prodect service .
