    Unless they are ACTUALLY tending bar, can they be called bar tenders? If you think the law is being broken report this to your local police department. Myself I think there is a big difference between stocking shelves, and selling, serving, and being in the premises where any type of alcohol is. If minors couldn't be in places that have alcohol in them, it would eliminate a large number of jobs for minors, because almost every grocery store, convenience store, drug store, discount store, etc. sell booze now. Actually I would like to see less businesses selling it, but that is only my opinion.
