At the day of the wedding the contact person was not there and gave us another person to assist us. That would be fine if she was still working at the time of the wedding.Needless to say there was no one coordinating the wedding and guests were confused where to go and the front desk was not able to assist guests. Fortuneately, our DJ stepped up and helped us get the wedding organized. Also, the chicken cordon bleu at the wedding was presented differently than at the sitting, and I was very dissappointed. Finally, the staff and General Manager became very defensive when the complaints were brouhgt up and refused to take any portion of the bill off and pretty much didn't care about our concerns because they had the money paid in full.(per contract and GM) I would not recommend this place for your wedding because if there is something that goes wrong...It is not their fault and they are not professional enough to address your concerns in the manner that most hotels would. I don't want you to be fighting to be heard a month after your wedding and leaving a bad memory on your wedding day.
