Yesterday on 11/14 I stop at the store @3401 Garland Ave to get a No's & coffee. When I went to pay the cashier said coffee is free all week, I have to say I felt happy. So when I got to work I shared the good news with my staff.
I went back this morning to get Coffee & No's when I to pay the charged me for the coffee, I asked is it for free this week cashier said NO, the manager change his mind, no sorry or nothing. I am grateful for my free coffee yesterday but I now look like a fool with my employees. Plus no apology, no sign saying there was a mistake. I am really disappointed
