I play Ceasar slots a lot. I was on platinum level and now I am on level 1. I don't know how it took all my levels away. I spent a lot of money and time to get where I was and I can't find anyone to give me an answer. I was desperate and started playing from level 1 made it to level 10, even spent money. What's going on.
Every Week in 2023 these scum bags first killed the best 5 machines for making money.
Then they did the same thing to another 14 or so games.
I loved this game because you could actually save.
But now it just eats tokens, the fun is almost gone, and you constantly find yourself

Its not about the slots anymore, its about wasting tokens until they decide
to give you a huge jackpot, then nothing for hundreds of spins.
This game completly sucks now and all they want is to make you loose fast
so you buy more tokens, so this game last year was fun, a lot of fun.
But now with them rigging the games making them pay out a lot less, it really sucks now.
They need to fire the con aritst idiots who have ruined this game, starting in December,
and every single week since, got worse and worse, till why even play this rigged piece of [censored] game?
And I was spending 50 to 150 a month, guess that was not good enough, they want you broke too!

I play Caesar’s Casino Slots a lot. Had accumulated 714, 246, 391 points and was at level 847 when directed to connect to my Facebook account. When I did so, I was started over and was at level 1 with 50, 000 points. My ID # [protected]. I thought if I waited a few days the account would be reset, but that has not occurred. Is there anyway I can retrieve my points and status?
I was having a grand time and up in the millions when my resistance broke down and I responded to their plea to connect to my FaceBook account. I went through the steps of entering my info and then it took me back to the games----except there was less than 300, 000 credits and my status was back at Bronze.
I am trying to contact them. It is a number in Israel. So far, no luck. Israel is 10 hours ahead of Los Angeles and even accounting for that, the number does not ring through. I have been calling [protected]. Does anyone have another number?
Also, I wonder if it is of any use to post here? There are no responses/follow-ups to the issues posed. Has anyone ever had a problem satisfactorily resolved? Kip
My phone had tech problems and was off grid.when corrected all my apps came back fine except CEASARS SLOTS.it erased my status level all my earned points and money.last time this happened all was restored to normal.can you please fix this problem and restore my app as it was before.thankyou Rafael.
