Panda Express / customer service

I was trying to order at the drive thru and no one responded to my order, so I went up to the window and sat there for a solid 10 minutes and an employee finally came and told me that the drive thru was closed. Horrible service!! The reason the employee gave me was un-exceptable and did not make sense. She told me after that the lobby was open, but at that point I was so angry I drove off.
