Panda Express / customer service and hygiene

I visit this store last week with my children and I found a hair in my food I nicely ask the employee o please Change my food and explained what happen and he have the nerves to tell me that is just a hair that Iam making a big deal about it. I reply excuse me . He add the comment that get mad the most "YOU HAVE PROBABLY ATE OTHER HAIRS AND OTHER PLACES WITHOUT EVEN KNOW IT"
this was embarrassing, even the other customers present at the moment agreed with me and left.
Really nice customer service
I figure that the same way they treat customers they treat food. We don't know what are we paying for .
