Panda Express poor customer service

First I visit this Panda Express location quite often it is my oldest grandson's favorite place to eat Chinese food so we go there at least three or four times a month. My grandson always orders the same thing, a plate with chow mein, fried rice and orange chicken and normally have no problems. Today however the lady that was working behind the counter precedes to scrape up the bottom of the bowl for the chow mein little tiny itsy-bitsy noodles maybe an inch long, if that, and forgets about the fried rice. When I mention to her that we also wanted the fried rice on the plate she takes one little scoop and puts it in the corner of the plate! She never asked if we wanted to wait for more chow mein. Now I know, from being a regular customer, this is not normal. I asked to speak to the manager and explain to the manager what happened. I showed her the noodles, I actually picked some up to show her and she snaps at me "don't touch that" I said "look it's my food I paid for it I'll touch it if I want, what you going to do reserve it?" The manager storms off with the plate goes over to the chow mein takes a huge scoop of chow mein and piles it on the plate. Then she goes over to the fried rice is takes a huge scoop of fried rice and plies it on the plate, closes it and hands it back to me. Wow really nice. Never apologized, never offered to make a new plate, just handed it back to me and walks away. All the employee's looked on as well as all the customers. I will continue to eat there since panda express is delicious, but few and far between here, but I will not be treated like this and will write reviews on yelp after each visit.
Obviously your employees aren't doing their job the way they were trained!

Panda Express missing items

I was disappointed today when I went through the drive thru around lunch time on 4/17/17. I did not receive a fork, any napkins, soy sauce or a fortune cookie in my bag. Whrn I go through a drive thru it's usually because I would like to eat my meal in the car, which is hard to do when I don't have a fork or napkins. I also look forward to a fortune cookie and that wasn't their either. Soy sauce is also a must for me.

Panda Express unethical behavior/ discrimination

I am the supervisor of an antiques and jewelry store at the Otay Ranch Mall. Sometimes I go to Jack in the Box to eat, sometimes to P.F. Chang's; whatever works. We live in a pretty good neighborhood here in Chula Vista, where the vast majority of the people are Latino like me. So I decided to go to Panda Express about 15 minutes ago because I was craving Orange chicken, no big deal about that. Maybe I was wearing something wrong or my shoes were untied, I don't know, but as soon as I walked in I feel a stare from one of your employees, also a Latino. I paid no attention, It could have been many reasons. I asked the girl in the counter to take my order, I got everything I ask for and this guy standing on the other side of the cash register gives me a nasty look and talks to me in a condescending manner. "Is this everything for today, sir?" "Yeah. Oh, can I have a cup of water?" "You mean a water cup, sir." "Yeah." Then when he gives me my money back, I ask.. "Can I have a fork?" "The utensils are on the other side, sir." I kept thinking if he was being rude or not, whether I should complain or not. I have work to do and I just came to get something for lunch so biggie. Now, what made me really comfortable was that when I served myself water from the 'water cup' he gave me, he asked me if that was really water in front of all the other costumers. "Yes, it is water." I felt a rush of anger from all that embarrassment, from someone who looked like me no less! I walked away from the store debating whether I should complain to you guys or not, but ultimately I won't be thinking of going there if he is there hating on his fellow Latinos.

I never look for trouble, but I rather not have that guy cause anymore for the people living or working in the area.

Panda Express employee

I came in to drive thru to order 2 plates and Andrea ortega on store 1223 in Arizona was very rude . She mentioned that the teriyaki would take some time to cook so when I asked her how much time she sounded very giggly and said 30 minutes and sounded very rude and unprofessional so I told her I would wait and I could hear hear laugh with other people on the background I'm guessing they don't have mute buttons? I asked her what was so funny and she said "what?" With her giggly voice then she was very sarcastic using thank you and what not after . Anyway some other guy hunter apologized about the situation. And said that she was not laughing at us or anything . But that doesn't change a thing. However my food was ready in 10 minutes not in 30? So did she lie about the time so that I didn't order that specific plate because they had ran out and they didn't want to cook it again? Since they were going to close 45 minutes later. I have never made a complaint before about anyone but I feel like they should really watch who they hire. Remember that your employees are the face of your company . I had a horrible experience.

Panda Express employee

I went to the Panda Express #0435 and I ordered my plate. Once I got to the cashier she was being rude to me. I paved with a bill of 20 and all I ordered was 1 plate so my total came out to be $7.94. All she gave me was $2.06. She had put in the receipt that I paved with a 20 then why is she only giving me $2.06, doesn't make sense to me. All the employees were laughing only because I am Latina and think that I would rob them. The cashier was Dari G.

Panda Express order was not fulfilled

Panda Express Agoura Hills. I occasionally purchase food at this location since I live a few blocks away. There are few people when I enter so turnover of food is slow and some of the food is unrefreshed, but for convenience sake I eventually go back. This last time, I ordered two takeout meals with chow menu and two sides. Each meal included orange chicken, and I asked if they had new broccoli and beef dish coming since it was almost empty. He said yes, if I could wait a minute. So I paid for the meals and even donated my change to their charity. Very soon after, he packaged up my food! I was surprised he was able to do this so fast, so when I got into my car, I decided to check to make sure tge broccoli beef was included. I opened the beak in top and to my delight, there was fresh broccoli beef! However, when I unpacked the second meal at home, there was NO broccoli beef! It was not a simple mistake, since they write the order on each takeout box! Close to home or not, I will never return to Panda Express!

Panda Express slip and fall

I slipped and fell on standing water in the dining area of the Kingsport, Tennessee location of Panda Express. There were no "wet floor" cautionary signs displayed. An incident report was completed. A day later, I received a telephone call from Panda Restaurant Group. I supplied a portion of information requested. Multiple additional calls from Panda Resturant Group were received even though correspondence indicated I would be contacted. Risk Department does not respond until there is pending litigation, which they fight.

Panda Express rice and entree

I went to the Panda Express location on 7420 S Sam Houston Parkway Houston TX 77085 on 04/01. When opening the plates, not only had they gave me the wrong entrees on one of the plates, they came along with hairs on the rice. Called the location and spoke to Manager Gonzalo, which seemed not to care or believe that I was telling him we had found hairs on the rice on two different plates. He offered to replace plates but did not want to since they had already put hair in our food.

Panda Express employee

I visited the Panda Express #1102 location. I stop in every blue moon so I know what to expect when I walk in. There were two workers up front, no one greeted me. Matthew walked down to the front of the line and said nothing. Hyde M walked down and asked what I would like so I told her. Once she made my order she asked if I wanted anything else. I was on the other end near the register when a couple walked in and Hyde M greeted them. What's with the customer service? As I stated I've visited this location before and have always been greeted...this time it didn't happen.

Panda Express drive through.

I walked in and waited in line for a bit then realized the people were going to be awhile so I figured I would go drive through. I got into line and there were 5 cars in front and I realized I made a mistake and tried to leave but I got blocked by another car. I waited in line for 15 min and FINALLY got my kids food. I got it home (2 min later) food was not that warm. Not happy that I had to wait in line for that long and pay that much for luke warm food.

This business is ran like a sweat shop. The women who work here slave their employees, they belittle them in front of paying customers, and constantly make fun of customers. They patronize their employees and it makes customers feel so uncomfortable. They need a whole new crew in that place the way that it is ran is ridiculous they are harsh unfair and taking advantage of these teens that work there. I overheard the manager tell her employee that she needs to drop out of college if she wants to keep her job! These women are so unprofessional they need to have their jobs taken away from them. Especially Dani she changes her name tag from Dani to Annie constantly im not sure why and the manager Malin as well. Another time i was there the woman named Dani followed an employee to the restroom to and was peaking through the stall door making sure she was actually using the restroom and not slacking off. That is inhumane! Please reprimand these women!

Panda Express I am complaining about getting cheated out of my change

My name is Johnny Henry my number is [protected] I went to one of your panda express restaurants in the Braunfels Texas off of I-35 and 306. My bill was $6.50. I paid with a $20 bill. When I got my change back I only received four dollars. I argued with the guy telling him I gave him a 20 he insisted I only gave him a $10 bill. In which my change should have been 3.50 not 4.50. I was told I was going to have to wait an hour for their manager to show up just so I can get my $10 back. I told them I could not wait an hour because I had other responsibilities. They told me I was going to have to wait an hour if I wanted my $10 back. So needless to say I I left the food got a refund for $10 and walked out $10 short. That restaurant just lost them selves a customer.

Panda Express chow mein

As I was eating my meal and then I found a long piece of plastic bag in my chowmein. It just makes me feel how unsanitary everything is. After seeing the plastic in my meals I just threw it out. Please talk to you employee about the importance of cleaningness. If this continues you will loose customers. Oh and I also asked the drive thru lady for a spoon and she said they don't carry spoons at the moment.

Panda Express Service/employees with attitude

For the first time ever entering a panda express, and within a minute of trying to figure out what me and my family wanted to order we heard next person pls, which was us, but as a first timer in any panda express we weren't familiar with your food or service so we did one moment please still looking, employee shouted again we were the only other customers there we said again we're not ready yet, so a comment came from the same employee I ask them twice i'm not asking again, and the other employee commented, I don't know why they're standing there for anyways, blew me away I was hurt disappointed, shocked and in dis belief that we we being rushed to order and then being abused by these employees. Had our 5 year old with us so we didn't cause a seen or responded just walked out. Very bad nasty and disrespectful people working for your business. I wanted how many more customers had to deal with that and how much money the company lost because of rude ungrateful employees like them. Won't be going back to any of the panda express. First and last visit in one day. Very very very dissatisfied and disappointed, we were so excited to try something new and got ### for service makes me glad I didn't eat there no care for customers means not sanitary cause they don't give a damn.

Panda Express 2 side plate

First, I love your food.. Second, I was extrememly disappointed when I ordered for the second time at your location in csulb campus. The employees there put so little food compared to what we are paying for. I have the same panda food everywhere else and the portions are quite good. Panda Express customer service

I was trying to order at the drive thru and no one responded to my order, so I went up to the window and sat there for a solid 10 minutes and an employee finally came and told me that the drive thru was closed. Horrible service! The reason the employee gave me was un-exceptable and did not make sense. She told me after that the lobby was open, but at that point I was so angry I drove off.

Panda Express ripoff

I enjoy panda express very much. It's the best fast food Chinese place around! My boyfriend ordered on Saturday February, 25, 2017. He says that his food was great and tasted fresh. I opened my food and I was missing the sweet fire chicken. We both ordered plates so we get 2 sides each. Obviously I got one side and an entrée. I expect to get what we pay for. We never complained that night because he went in around closing time. We will not be returning to the Clinton Utah Location.

Panda Express product

Was in the Panda Express on Hammer Lane 2/3/17. Ordered the chicken with string beans, 2 veggie rolls, chicken with mushrooms, rice and noodles.
Food was served and checked out at register. I got home and ate a portion of the food and put the rest in the fridge.
A few hours later I had a terrible pain in my lower stomach. I thought perhaps it was gas so I took pepto bismol and the pain subsided for about 20 minutes. After that time, the pain got worse and it was coming in intervals of every 15 minutes. I began to get hot and cold at the same time, the stomach pain now had gotten worse and I could feel the urge to use the bathroom. After that was over, I felt the urge to vomit, I was able to finally vomit all that I had eaten of the food and felt better. The chills continued and I was weak and dehydrated. I had food that kind of thing happen before several years ago and this was just like that food poisoning. I have been to Panda Express before and never experienced this before however since this happened I would be fearful of it happening again so I won't be patronizing there again.

Panda Express food

As long as we waited for this food it is unacceptable to receive this as one of our sides . This is undercooked clearly but the moistness . Not only was he food unacceptable but so was the service. I have been a Panda Express fan for a long time and this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Both cashiers were rude and had horrible customer service . This action needs to be taken immediately.

Panda Express equal hiring

The Odessa TX panda express manager only hires Mexican worker, any other race will be declined by him. When I went there to apply for the job the manager said to go home and wait, but I never got a response. My three white friends applied for the job as well and got the same response. Later we found out that the manager hired a few Mexican workers instead. I think this is discrimination against other races and it should be equal for all races and not just Mexicans.
