Outdoors Onlinepaid, but never received product

I ordered an orange yeti from outdoorsonline.com on December 7th and was billed on December 8th and have yet to receive my product. I have tried to contact them many times via email, chat, and telephone without any success until 4 days ago. I finally spoken to someone who claims my product was out of stock. I listened to her BULL#### excuse and proceeded to tell her how wrong it was to do people like this. I'm currently trying to get my money back. Not holding my breathe!
