Sky-tours Disappointing Experience with Sky-tours: Additional Payment Required After Reservation

I recently decided to book a flight with Sky-tours to Prague with Qatar Airways. I paid for the flight using my credit card and received an email thanking me for my reservation. However, my excitement was short-lived as I later received another email from Sky-tours stating that they required an additional payment of 795 AUD for a change in my reservation. They claimed that the fare I had chosen was no longer available and that they could cancel my reservation and refund the pending payment back to my account.

I was disappointed as I had wasted a whole day hoping to get my ticket at the price I had initially paid to Sky-tours. I thought they would refund all my funds within 24 hours, but that was not the case. Although my call center experience was okay, I will not consider using Sky-tours again.

In the end, I decided to purchase my ticket directly from Qatar Airways and was able to get it for a cheaper price on the exact same flights. It was frustrating to have to go through all that trouble with Sky-tours when I could have just gone directly to the airline.

When I asked Sky-tours for an explanation, they told me that different travel agencies worldwide are given different seat allocations by the airline. Therefore, the fares may differ from one agency to another and from airline to agency. Even if it's the same exact flight, the seat and booking classes availability may be different.

Overall, my experience with Sky-tours was not great. Although their call center was okay, I would not recommend using them as they may not always have the best prices and may require additional payments after you have already paid for your reservation.

Sky-tours Sky-tours.com: A Fraudulent Website That Does Not Respect Its Customers

I recently had a terrible experience with Sky-tours.com. I had booked a flight from Delhi to Sydney, with layovers in Mumbai and Singapore. The first flight was scheduled to depart at 09.40 pm Indian time from Delhi to Mumbai with Vistara. After a 2-hour layover, I was supposed to take another flight with the same airline from Mumbai to Singapore. Then, after a 10-hour layover at Singapore's Changi Airport, I was supposed to travel with Qantas Airline on 02 Dec at 08.30 pm local time of Singapore. However, on 29 Nov, the Australian Government announced that the international border opening would be delayed until 15 Dec.

I immediately contacted Sky-tours.com to reschedule my flights as it was not my fault. However, they did not reply to me for 2 days (Today, I am writing this review on 1 Dec). I am very upset about this. When we book a ticket through a third-party website, we expect them to handle any issues that arise if customers' concerns are genuine. Despite my genuine concern, they did not fulfill their responsibility. They did not refund my money, reschedule my flights, or give me any voucher. I have come to the conclusion that they are a fraudulent website, and I am escalating this matter to the higher authority to close their portal permanently.

I strongly advise you not to trust this website. They do not respect their customers, their money, or their emotions. It is a shame that such a website exists, and I hope that others do not have to go through the same experience as I did.

Sky-tours Sky-Tours: Unreliable and Unhelpful Customer Service for Travel Needs

I wouldn't recommend using Sky-Tours for your travel needs. They don't seem to care about their customers and won't help you out when you need it most. I had a trip planned with KLM, but unfortunately, KLM had to cancel my trip a week before my departure date. I tried to get a refund, but Sky-Tours denied my request and told me to get a travel voucher instead. However, I received an email from KLM saying that I was eligible for a refund, even though a voucher had already been issued.

When I contacted Sky-Tours to request a refund, they lied to me and said that KLM had told them that I had to complete the process on my own through the link provided in their email. I had already tried that, and it didn't work. I called KLM and spoke to a helpful representative who told me that Sky-Tours had never reached out to them about anything, even though I had requested a refund twice and was eligible for one. The representative even tried to contact Sky-Tours to help me out, but no one answered the phone.

I'm glad I kept a record of all the correspondence, so I can show my bank and dispute these charges. I won't be using Sky-Tours again for my travel needs.

Sky-tours Sky-tours: A Great Deal on Flights with Excellent Customer Service

So, if you're looking for a great deal on flights, we highly recommend checking out Sky-tours website. We stumbled upon this site after scouring the internet for hours, trying to find the best price for a multi-city flight plan. Initially, we were a bit hesitant to book with them, as we had read some negative reviews online. However, after doing some research and speaking with our credit card company, the BBB, and local resources, we couldn't find anything negative about them.

Despite some of the comments we had read, such as "They don't answer the phone" or "they are a fly by night outfit", we decided to take a chance and book our tickets through Sky-tours. To our surprise, we were able to get someone on the phone right away and they were able to answer all of our questions clearly and intelligently. We then booked our tickets and within a few minutes, we received a preliminary booking number.

Of course, we were still a bit nervous, so we decided to check the booking number against the airline's reservation site directly. To our delight, the reservation was there! Within four hours, we had a confirmed reservation directly with the airline, with all the stops and stay-overs we had planned.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience with Sky-tours. They delivered exactly what they promised and we will definitely be using them again for our next flight. So, if you're looking for a great deal on flights and want to avoid the hassle of dealing with other travel sites, we highly recommend giving Sky-tours a try. You won't be disappointed!

Sky-tours Sky-tours.com Review: A Scam to Avoid at All Costs!

I gotta say, I was pretty excited when I found Sky-tours.com. I mean, who doesn't love a good deal on flights, right? So, I went ahead and booked my trip with them. And, like many others have said in their reviews, I got my ticket numbers and everything seemed to be confirmed.

But, then, three months later, I got an email from them saying that part of my trip had been canceled. And, let me tell you, their emails are not easy to understand. It's like they used Google Translate or something. And, to make matters worse, it looked like they were responding to an email that I never even received.

Anyway, they gave me two options: rebook a different flight for a fee or cancel my trip. I decided to cancel because I still had time to book with someone else. But, get this, they told me it would take up to a year to get my refund and I would be getting $200 less than what I paid! Can you believe that?

I tried to dispute the charges with my bank online, but it was past the 90 day window. Luckily, I was able to call my bank and they helped me out. But, I don't think all banks would do that.

Honestly, I would not recommend booking with Sky-tours.com. It seems like they purposely waited until I was out of the dispute window to tell me my trip was canceled and that it would take forever to get my money back. And, they weren't even going to give me all of my money back!

After reading all of the reviews and based on my own experience, I think it's safe to say that this company is mostly a scam. They probably only book a few authentic tickets to keep some positive reviews, but I wouldn't trust them. So, do yourself a favor and avoid Sky-tours.com at all costs!

Sky-tours Sky-tours: Fraudulent Company Refusing Refunds and Offering Useless Vouchers

I recently purchased my tickets to fly to India in October 2021 through Sky-tours. I also opted for the "Gold Cancellation protection" which cost me an additional CAD $146. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, I had to cancel my travel plans. I reached out to Sky-tours in August 2021 to cancel my flights and request a refund. However, to my dismay, Sky-tours has not refunded my money yet.

I understand that most airlines and travel companies take up to six months to process refunds, but Sky-tours seems to have no intention of refunding my money. For the past six months, I have been constantly informed that my refund is in process, but after nine months, they denied my refund, citing their policy. I find this unacceptable and feel cheated by Sky-tours.

To make matters worse, Sky-tours offered me a voucher instead of a refund, which I find to be a joke and a money-grabbing tactic. The terms and conditions of the voucher are quite restrictive, and it can only be used for a future booking up to a maximum of 50% of the purchased travel. The voucher is only valid for use on their website, and it must be used within the validity date, which is only six months. Once the voucher expires, it becomes useless, and the remaining credit cannot be refunded in cash.

I am extremely disappointed with Sky-tours and feel that they are a fraudulent company. I do not accept the voucher and demand my money back. If there are other people who have faced a similar situation, please message me back, and we can file a class-action lawsuit against this fraudulent company.

In conclusion, I would advise anyone planning to book their travel through Sky-tours to think twice before doing so. It is not worth the risk of losing your hard-earned money.

Sky-tours Sky-tours: Cheaper Flights, But Poor Communication and Service

I was trying to book a flight from the US to Africa at the last minute and I checked out three different booking sites. After comparing the prices, I found that Sky-tours had the best rate, which was about $200 cheaper than the other sites. I went ahead and booked my flight, received confirmation, and forwarded my itinerary to the tour company.

However, the next day, I received an email from Sky-tours that looked like a follow-up to an earlier email, but I never received the first one. The email said that my flights could not be confirmed because the seats were already sold out. They offered me alternative flights, but they were longer and inconvenient, and cost $181 more than my original fare. I was confused and didn't know if my flights were still intact, so I decided to call Sky-tours.

I selected the "customer service" option and waited on hold for 4.5 minutes, but nobody answered. I hung up and called again, this time selecting the "sales" option. Finally, someone answered, but the phone connection was terrible and there was a lot of static. The agent had a strong accent, which made it difficult for me to understand what was being said.

After struggling to communicate, I finally found out that my reservation was not available because the flights had been sold out. The agent told me that I needed to reply to the email I received offering alternate flights and indicate that I was not interested in that booking. I did that and booked my flight elsewhere. Now, I'm just hoping that I won't have to fight to get a refund for my original fare.

Overall, my experience with Sky-tours was frustrating and confusing. The lack of communication and poor phone connection made it difficult for me to understand what was going on. While I did appreciate the cheaper rate, the inconvenience and uncertainty of the situation made me hesitant to use this site again in the future.

Sky-tours Sky-tours Review: Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional Conduct

I recently had an experience with Sky-tours that left me feeling quite disappointed. I needed to book a flight from Cyprus to Nigeria for my father's funeral and found a great price of 505 EURO on their website. I decided to book it and also purchased their TWG no quibble cancellation policy for ?75 (gbp) just in case my plans changed.

However, things started to go wrong when I needed to adjust my return leg. I noticed that one leg of my new booking had the wrong year (2021 instead of 2022) and when I contacted Sky-tours about it, they denied any wrongdoing. To make matters worse, I realized that I had been charged in pounds instead of euros, despite the airline confirmation stating otherwise. When I brought this to their attention, they blamed me for the mistake and offered to refund me only ?375 out of the ?585 I had been charged.

I was appalled by their response and decided to request a chargeback from my credit provider. This is when things got even more surreal. Sky-tours' supervisor and COO, Elisabeth, accused me of being a fraudster and threatened to blacklist me with the airline unless I cancelled my chargeback. I refused and was offered ?425 back if I used their cancellation policy instead, but I didn't trust them to follow through on their promise.

In the end, I went directly to the airline and was able to change my disputed leg for no cost at all. Throughout this whole ordeal, Sky-tours' responses were rude and insulting, and I felt like they were trying to profit off of my father's funeral plans. I would not recommend this company to anyone and suggest booking flights directly with the airline instead. Shame on you, Sky-tours and Big Sky Grup SA.

Sky-tours Sky-Tours Review: Terrible Customer Service and Incompetence

I gotta say, my experience with Sky-Tours has been a complete nightmare. I mean, it's been so bad that I'm actually surprised they're still in business. The customer service is just terrible. It's like they don't even care about their customers. They take forever to respond, and when they do, they're not even helpful. I've had so many issues with them, and none of them have been resolved. It's been a huge source of stress for me, and I wouldn't wish this on anyone.

So, I booked a flight from Vancouver to Mumbai, and then from Mumbai to Hong Kong through Sky-Tours. I thought it was a good deal at the time, but boy was I wrong. The first issue I had was when I got a notification from Spice Jet that my flight had been cancelled. I contacted Sky-Tours, and they told me to contact Spice Jet myself to fix the issue. I mean, what kind of customer service is that? I booked through Sky-Tours, so it's their responsibility to fix the issue. But no, they just passed the buck onto me.

Then, I found out that another one of my flights through Air India had been cancelled. I didn't even receive an email notification about it. I contacted Sky-Tours again, and they didn't even offer to rebook another flight. I mean, come on. The flight to Mumbai is essential to my trip, and they didn't even offer to help me out.

So, I tried to contact them through their website using the chat option. Let me tell you, it takes forever to actually reach an agent on there. And when I finally did, it was the same customer service representative, Joy Lau, who told me to contact Spice Jet myself. I explained my situation to her again, and she only offered a refund on the Air India flights. But she didn't even tell me how much the refund would be.

I asked about cancelling my Sky-Tours booking and re-booking my whole trip by myself. But even after everything I've been through, they still wanted to charge me a cancellation fee. And when I asked how much the total refund would be, Joy Lau just ignored my question.

And to top it all off, when I tried to check my itinerary on their website, my booking number was invalid. I mean, seriously? How can a company be this incompetent?

So, if you're thinking about booking through Sky-Tours, don't. Just don't. Save yourself the stress, the inconvenience, and the wasted money and time. Trust me, it's not worth it.

Sky-tours Sky-tours: A Nightmare Experience - Multiple Ticket Sales, Flight Suspension, and No Refund

This company, Sky-tours, is a complete disaster. They sell tickets without actually having them in hand, resulting in multiple people purchasing the same ticket. This means that you may arrive at the airport, only to find out that your flight has been "suspended" and you cannot obtain a ticket. This happened to me, and I was forced to purchase a new ticket at the airport. Despite numerous attempts to contact Sky-tours via email (their phone number is invalid!), I have yet to receive a refund. They keep making excuses, claiming that they haven't opened the attachments or that they need to clarify the situation. It's been a nightmare dealing with this company, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from them.

In my case, I arrived at Bangkok airport on January 4th, 2023, to check in for my return flight. However, I was told that my return trip had been "suspended" and that I could not be issued a ticket. This was despite the fact that I had already paid for and confirmed my ticket with Sky-tours. As a result, I had to purchase a new ticket for *** Baht or CHF 800. This caused me to miss my original flight and spend an additional 5 hours at the airport, costing me 1000 Baht or CHF 30.- for food. I also had to pay an extra 3000 Baht or CHF 85.- for a seat with legroom on my flight from Doha to Zurich. Unfortunately, this option was not available for my flight from Bangkok to Doha, even with additional costs. This was particularly frustrating because I had booked a seat with legroom for both of my return flights (BKK - Doha - ZRH) in advance. I also had to wait an extra hour in Doha, which meant that I couldn't show up for work as planned on January 5th, resulting in a loss of income of CHF ***.- / 365days = CHF 330.-.

All of these additional costs added up to CHF 1330.-, which is a significant amount of money. I am extremely upset and disappointed with Sky-tours and will never use their "service" again. It's unacceptable that they would sell a ticket that they don't actually have and then fail to inform their customers of the situation. I have demanded an immediate refund of at least CHF 1330.- and an explanation for why this happened. If they do not comply with my demands by January 20th, 2023, I will be forced to take legal action through my lawyer.

I have attached all of the relevant documents, including the original flight confirmation, the new ticket that I had to purchase, and my account information for the transfer of the additional costs incurred. This has been a frustrating and stressful experience, and I hope that others will learn from my mistake and avoid using Sky-tours at all costs.

Sky-tours Sky-tours Review: Terrible Customer Service and Refund Process

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Sky-tours. I mean, I'm not one to complain, but this company is a real piece of work. I booked a flight with them and, wouldn't you know it, the airline cancelled it. So, I reached out to Sky-tours to get a refund and they've been giving me the runaround for months. They keep saying that the airline hasn't issued the refund yet, but I know people who booked the same flight through other channels and got their refund within a week. What gives?

To make matters worse, I even paid extra for a package that was supposed to help me get a refund if my flight was cancelled. And yet, here I am, still waiting for my money back. And when I ask for proof that they've been in contact with the airline, they just brush me off and try to give me a voucher for 30% off my next booking with them. Like, are you kidding me? Why would I want to give them more of my money when they can't even issue a simple refund?

It's just frustrating, you know? I thought I was being responsible by booking through a travel agency instead of directly with the airline, but it turns out that was a mistake. And the worst part is that their customer service is just terrible. They act like they care about your problem, but then they don't actually do anything to help you. It's like they're actively dismissing you.

So, yeah, I would definitely recommend avoiding Sky-tours if you want to keep your sanity intact. Book directly with the airline instead. Trust me, it's not worth the hassle.

Sky-tours Skytours Refund Scam: Agency Lies About Receiving Refund and Issues Voucher Valid Only Until October 2021

It's been a long time since we've been waiting for our refund from Skytours. It's been a year and a half, and we've just found out that the airline has already returned the refund to Skytours. However, this agency keeps on lying about not receiving the refund. Finally, they agreed on September 02, 2021, to return our money, which was $508.90. When I asked when we could expect our money, they said that international transfers were closed right now. But all of a sudden, they sent me an email saying that the refund was given to us already in the form of a voucher, which is only valid until October 2021.

Last year, they said they could give a refund voucher because they were waiting for money from the airline. I never agreed to receiving any voucher because we can't travel due to this pandemic. Now they have the money from the airline, but they don't want to return it to us. It's so unprofessional and they are liars. I urge everyone never to use this online Skytours agency. They are so greedy. I will update if I ever get my money back.

Sky-tours Sky-tours: A Total Disaster with Lousy Customer Service

I gotta say, my experience with Sky-tours was a total disaster. I mean, I've never seen such a lousy customer service in my entire life. First off, they screwed up my parents' tickets and only sent half of them. Can you believe that? And to make matters worse, they didn't even send the right booking reference. I mean, come on, how hard can it be to get that right?

So, we sent them an email, but guess what? They never even bothered to reply. Not even a single word. And then, with all this craziness going on in the world right now, our flights got all messed up too. So, we sent them another email with a few questions, but they only answered one of them. And let me tell you, the answer they gave us was so unprofessional, it made me cringe.

It's like they don't even care about their customers. It's like they're just passing the buck from one employee to another, without any real accountability. I mean, I did some digging and found out that they don't even have a proper customer hotline or service. Can you believe that? And the excuses they give are just plain weird.

All they ever say is "We're sorry, but..." and then they never even try to fix the problem. It's like they're just going through the motions, without any real concern for their customers. I mean, I don't know about you, but I wouldn't recommend Sky-tours to anyone. They're just not worth the hassle.

Sky-tours Sky-tours Review: Misinformation and Poor Customer Service

I was on the hunt for the best deal for a group of six travelers flying from EWR to LHR. After scouring the internet, I stumbled upon Sky-tours and was pleasantly surprised by their competitive pricing. The website clearly stated that each passenger was entitled to one checked bag, which was a major selling point for me. I went through the entire booking process and received confirmation of my reservation. However, my excitement was short-lived as I received an email five hours later stating that I would not be receiving any checked bags and that I needed to agree to this change.

I attempted to call their customer service line the following morning, but was met with a 15-minute hold time and some rather dull music. After waiting patiently, the phone line disconnected and I was left with no other option but to try again later. Unfortunately, my attempts to reach a representative were unsuccessful and it took a whopping 72 hours for me to receive a response via email. To make matters worse, I was not given the option to view my original contract, which left me feeling frustrated and helpless.

After finally receiving a response, I decided to cancel my reservation and requested that they correct the misinformation on their website. It took another 72 hours for me to receive confirmation that my reservation had been canceled, but to my dismay, the website still showed that each passenger was entitled to one checked bag.

Overall, my experience with Sky-tours was less than satisfactory. I was disappointed to not receive what I had originally ordered and was appalled by the lack of customer service. Sky-tours Sky-Tours: Unreliable and Untrustworthy - A Review

I had to cancel my flight to San Diego due to the Corona crisis. I did it on time and Karem told me that I would get my money back within a certain time frame. But, unfortunately, that didn't happen. Later, I was informed that the airline would not refund the sum for 12 months. Sky Tours offered me a voucher, but I was not interested in it. I wanted my money back when the airline refunded. I got numerous emails from Alexa, but nothing happened. I was waiting for my refund for a couple of weeks, but it didn't happen.

Finally, Elizabeth sent me an email telling me that Sky Tour would not receive any money from the airline for at least 12 months. She offered me a voucher again. I think Sky-Tours is lying to me and trying to avoid refunding me. I don't trust them anymore.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are not reliable and don't keep their promises. It's better to find another company that you can trust.

Sky-tours Sky-tours' Hidden Service Fee: A Disappointing Experience

I recently booked a flight with Sky-tours and was surprised to find out that they had included a $50 service fee in the cost of my ticket. I had only approved an amount for the flights and taxes, so I was confused when I saw the extra charge on my credit card statement. When I called the company, I was informed that it was a customary fee and that I could send them an email if I had any issues with it.

As someone who has never used a third-party tour company to book flights before, I was disappointed to find out that Sky-tours had not been transparent about this fee. I believe that it is customary to declare any additional charges in the bill and not combine them with the flight cost. When I checked their terms and conditions page, I couldn't find any information about a service fee.

To make matters worse, I only discovered another "invoice" on their website that declared the $50 fee after I had already paid. This lack of transparency is unacceptable, and I will be notifying my credit card company that this is a disputable charge on my account. I hope that they will investigate this issue and help me resolve it.

Overall, I am disappointed with my experience with Sky-tours. As a customer, I expect transparency and honesty from the companies I do business with. Unfortunately, Sky-tours did not meet my expectations in this regard. I will be looking for other options for my future travel needs.

Sky-tours Sky-tours Review: A Total Disaster - Don't Waste Your Money!

I gotta say, my experience with Sky-tours was a total disaster. I wouldn't even give them one star if I could. Let me tell you what happened.

So, my husband booked a flight for me from Lahore to Montreal on March 19th. We got a confirmation number on the website, but we never received an email confirmation. Since it was a last-minute booking, my husband tried to contact them to confirm whether I would be flying or not. But, guess what? No one answered the phone and the live chat was dead. We were left in the dark.

Just 5 hours before my flight, they finally replied to my husband's messages and said that our booking was cancelled and that the money would be refunded. But, here's the kicker: we still haven't received any refund whatsoever. It was $1200 CAD, and we didn't even cancel the flight. We were left high and dry.

The only way we could contact them was through emails, but they just sent us pointless proofs that the money was refunded. But, it wasn't. Our bank never received anything. And now, they've stopped replying to our emails altogether. It's so frustrating.

Honestly, I'd say save your money and go with a different airline. Sure, you might have to pay a little extra, but at least you'll actually be flying and your money won't go to total waste. Sky-tours is a total scam.

Sky-tours Sky-tours: Frustrating Experience with Booking and Cancellation

I recently had an experience with Sky-tours that left me feeling quite frustrated. I urgently needed to book a flight to Toronto and decided to use their website to do so. The price seemed reasonable at $1890 Canadian dollars, so I went ahead with the booking process. However, I was surprised to find that I did not receive a confirmation number or any proof of booking via email. This was odd to me, as I have booked flights online before through sites like Expedia and always received my ticket and confirmation number right away.

To make matters worse, I soon discovered that the flight I had booked had been cancelled just half an hour after I completed the online booking process. This was a huge problem for me, as I needed to travel urgently for a very important matter. When I contacted Swissair, the airline I had booked with, they asked for my confirmation number or ticket in order to help me sort out the problem. Unfortunately, I had neither of these things and they were unable to assist me.

At this point, I was feeling very frustrated and worried about what to do next. I needed my money back so that I could book another flight, but I wasn't sure if Sky-tours was a legitimate company or if I had been scammed. All I had was an order number on their website after they had taken my money.

Overall, I hope that Sky-tours is a reputable company and that they will take ethical action to resolve this issue. I urgently need a refund for the amount I paid and I hope that they will be able to provide this to me quickly. While I understand that mistakes can happen, it is important for companies to take responsibility for their actions and make things right for their customers.

Sky-tours Disappointing Experience with Skytours: Lack of Customer Service and Refund Delay

I recently had a bad experience with Skytours and I wanted to share my story with others. I purchased a multi-city ticket from them in March 2021 for travel on April 1, 2021. However, the day before my departure, I couldn't find my flight when I went to check in. I immediately called Unitedairlines, the airline I was supposed to leave with, and was told that my flight had been cancelled. They advised me to contact the agency I had used to rebook.

I then contacted Skytours and asked why I hadn't received any notification about the cancellation. They told me that it was my responsibility to check on flight status within 72 hours. I was shocked and disappointed by their response. I had trusted them to keep me informed about any changes to my itinerary. They called Unitedairlines and I was offered a flight leaving on April 5, 2021. However, I needed to be at my destination by April 2, so I declined and was told that they would be issuing a refund.

I had to book another ticket at the last minute, which was very stressful and expensive. Since then, I have been following up with Skytours to get my refund. However, they keep telling me that they have not received the refund from the airline. It has been months now and I still haven't received my money back.

I am very disappointed with Skytours and their lack of customer service. They should have informed me about the cancellation and offered me a suitable alternative. Instead, they blamed me for not checking the flight status and left me stranded. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I hope that others can learn from my experience.

Sky-tours Sky-Tours: Lack of Transparency and Hidden Costs

Sky-Tours is a travel booking website that I recently used to book my flight tickets. I must say that my experience with them was not very pleasant. Firstly, I was quoted a fare that was more expensive than what Malaysia Air was selling the exact same tickets for. I admit that I share the blame for this, but it was still disappointing to see that I could have saved some money if I had booked directly with the airline.

I paid for my tickets using a credit card, and to my surprise, I found out that I was charged AUD 692.16 instead of the original AUD 672 that was stated on my invoice. This was over SGD 50 more expensive than what Malaysia Air was charging for the same tickets. When I contacted one of Sky-Tour's Live Chat agents, they told me to lodge a ticket to complain with Sky-Tours and pushed all the blame onto my credit card provider (ANZ Bank) for charging an "overseas fee".

I was confused as to why I was being charged an "overseas fee" of AUD 20.16 when I was quoted in AUD and paid in AUD using an Australian credit card. It seemed like a hidden cost that was not mentioned anywhere on the website. I was disappointed with the lack of transparency and the way the Live Chat agent handled my complaint.

After much debate, I was refunded the "overseas fee" by Sky-Tours. I would like to thank Danish for making this experience a little better. However, I still feel that the website needs to be more transparent about its pricing and hidden costs. Posting a bad review here was my last resort to get someone from Sky-Tours to look into my case.

A flight on my trip was canceled and 8 months later have still not been refunded. They say they cannot talk by phone, cannot mail.me a check and that my personal bank account numbers aren't correct. They have been reimbursed by the airline and hanging onto my money.

Sky-tours Refund not received

Attention!
I purchased my tickets on October 2019 with paying extra No Questions Asked Cancellation Protection and My flights were CANCELLED BY THE AIRLINES due to coronavirus in March 2020. Since that time I have been waiting for a refund.
I have sent dozens of e-mails to Skytours, All they say is to wait. Although I decided to call both airlines (Latam & Qatar), in their system it seems the airline part of refund is already proceed, they couldn't give me more information but I was told that our waiting time is unusually far longer then average.
So Why I haven't received anything yet?

So checking the comments and complaints about the company it has been clearly seen that Skytours is not trustable at all, which makes me to take a legal action as next step.
In Covid19 cancellations companies are using customers' money in investing accounts as long as they can so while they are getting richer and richer, we poor people are desperately waiting our money back. I am asking to Skytours' representative, Is Skytours one of this companies? Where is my money?

I know my rights. So Please be honest don't give me a prepared or dishonest answers and proceed my refund right now, that is the last warning before I start to fight for my rights in court.
Don't tell me to write in your support webpage, because I opened a complain in March and now for the second time is marked as Solved, which clearly is not.
P.S. And don't even think about charging a so called administration fee for handling a refund request of $65 / 60€ per ticket, as this service was a shame and as I paid cancellation protecting you have no rights to charge absolutely nothing else.

Sky-tours Cancelled flights, no refund

In January I bought a trip to a number of different Southeast Asian countries, (Vietnam, Indonesia and Malaysia) through Skytours International. We were supposed to depart on the 28th of June 2020. There were no issues until Covid-19 broke out and our flights were cancelled. Skytours didn't even notify us about this, instead I had to call FinnAir, the airline flying us most of the way, to get the information. I asked Skytours about this and since then (like middle of May) I have been in a constant email conversation with them about getting a refund. First, they told me to wait because most airlines had not refunded to them even... so I did. But on the 23rd of August FinnAir (where the majority of the payment was located) refunded the money to Skytours... not surprisingly Skytours did not notify me about this either, instead, once again, FinnAir communicated the update. I confronted Skytours with this and since then it has been nothing but excuses. They are offering me a voucher, but I want a cash refund, it is my right to choose in case the airlines cancelled the flights. I have filed a consumer complaint to both Swedish and EU authorities but I'm gonna go to all lengths to get my refund. The booking number is: QTSPLN. The original departure was from Copenhagen Airport with FinnAir. Let me know what other information you need.

Sky-tours holiday

I am complaining about my holiday 30/9/2018-07/10/2018 at slovenska plaza hotel budva Montenegro we payed for a 4 star and only got 3 star we was not able to use 4 star stuff and had to eat 3 star food and food was cold my booking reference is 1863/27950 which was booked at a tui store in leeds we payed £1115.99 we would like to know if we can get a form of compensation for the service we did not get

Sky-tours travel from canada to thailand via china

Sky-tours provided an incorrect itinerary for Trip from Calgary (Via Vancouver) Canada to Thailand Via China. The itinerary listed only one stop in China for 19 hours. But when trying to board the plane to China from Vancouver we were not allowed on the plane as there were actually 2 stops in China not one, and the 2nd stop would have put us over the 24 hour stay without visa timeline. The itinerary provided by Sky-tours did not include the 2 two stops in China. When we called sky-tours to help resolve the situation they would do nothing to help. We had to rebook our entire trip (not with Sky-tours as we couldn't trust them) including the return flight home as it also had 2 stops (not listed on the itinerary again). In the end we had to pay for 2 full trips and Sky-tours is taking no responsibility, even though they are the ones that provide the incorrect itinerary, and will not refund any portion of the trip, we even had their missed connection insurance.

Sky-tours Still waiting for my refund!

I wanted to buy two tickets from SkyTours website. So I entered all the necessary information and paid for the tickets. But I did not received anything and when I contacted SkyTours customer service they said that my bank denied the charge. So I ordered tickets from another website. The next day I checked my bank statement and found out that SkyTours did take my money! Contacted my bank and they confirmed that there was a charge made by SkyTours. Immediately called them and they promised a refund, but three weeks already passed and still no money!

I have booked a flight through SkyTours service and after I paid for the ticket I noticed an additional charge for who knows what! I immediately contacted SkyTours customer support and asked what was going on and they told that extra $50 was a service fee! Fine, I can understand that, but in my opinion they should have told me about that! It was very unfair and dishonest that they did not warn me about these fees!

we never willingly charge more than agreed. If an error has been made this will be corrected, however you have not provided the booking number, or the email address you used for the booking or the first and last name of the passenger. Unfortunately we are at this time unable to answer your complaint as we can not identify your booking without the missing data.

Last week i wantet to book my Tickets and my reservation was cancelled by the airlines. That's okey, but i did not recieve my money back. Already 6 days i am waiting and still i don't have my money. Sky-tours They still haven't returned my money

We booked the travel through the website www.sky-tours.com. We booked the trip, hotel and some entertainment. The rep told me that they would take $50 from us and it was like secure money, which they would return after they would check us and card information. They checked and provided the booking number, but couple of weeks later and I still haven’t received my money back. I wouldn’t advise or rely on these people.

Here is my ticket number: 159773

Hello- it was my first time to fly- I booked a flight round trip from Midland, Tx to Raleigh, Nc.
Due to some confsuion and mis reading- I accidentally clicked the wrong return date- nov 19 when I need to come back Nov 15.
I tried calling- multiple times and got nowhere but a dang recording in different languages and a beep!
I have tried to work it out including to pay the $67.00 extra to have the flight date changed. No answer!
I paid $637.00 for this trip.
I've requested my money back- still waiting for a reply- the money needs to be returned quickly so I can book a flight.

So frustrating! So upset!

Never will use them again! Need my money back!

Sky-tours misleading and omitted information

I booked a flight thru Sky-Tours for a trip from Naples Italy to Chicago IL (USA). I always book with a stopover to lower costs.
So I thought I booked a flight from Naples to London Heathrow to Chicago O'hare.

In fact, I immediately learned that I made a mistake and would have to fly into London Gatwick and then commute over to Heathrow.

I would not have ever booked a flight that required me to change airports. I am not stupid.
But to attempt to salvage, I contacted Gatwick airport. They told me it would be cutting it close to get onboard at 4 PM at Heathrow with an arrival of 11:50 AM at Gatwick. PLUS SKY-TOURS conveniently did not mention the cost to travel between the 2 airports...approximately $200. In addition, my wife walks with a limp and moves very slowly.

In addition, we learned that SKY-TOURS booked a third flight from JFK NEW YORK to LONDON HEATHROW with our names on it. I was told that this was done to get us a better rate, AND WE WOULD BE TOLD ABOUT THIS LATER.

So flight booked on June 17. Received e-tickets on June 18. And emailed to cancel and get refund on June 19.
Told "Airline rules prevent us from refunding." But airline rules do not prevent them from booking bogus flights.

Sky-tours booking complaint

I booked and paid for 4 rt tickets from Sweden to USA. Was sent a booking confirmation and invoice and was told that I would receive an eticket and confirmation within 24 hours. That was 4 days ago and I have yet to receive a confirmation e-ticket. I then tried to confirm my booking NNWDP5 and the message read "reservation invalid/outdated fare" Nervous I tried to phone Skytours in USA and Germany to no avail. I kept getting a recorded message that said "memory full". I sent emails to their customer support and was advised I would receive a eticket and number to check the progress of my email to them, and nothing again. I tried to link on to their many links on their site and found it cannot be done. I am at my wits end trying to find out whats going on. I also contacted the three airlines that my booking confirmation stated we would be taking, and our names are not reserved for the dates we paid for. The money has shown deducted from my bank account but nothing has been done. I cannot get a hold of anyone at Skytours, through email, customer support or phone.
