This website is a total scam! I bought two plane tickets yesterday that I had been eyeing for a week. The price that was available was $968, which was a great deal. However, just as I bought the tickets, I received a call informing me that they were no longer available. The new price was $1300, which was more than I expected. This did not make any sense since the tickets had been available for a week. What a coincidence, right? I refused to pay this amount since I saw this as false advertising. However, I was told that I had no choice but to either lose my money or get a credit. Why would I want a credit to get scammed again?

Today, I went back to the website to see if the flight was still available at the original price. To my surprise, it was! This was the same flight that I was told was not available anymore. If the staff knew that the flight was not available, why was it still appearing on the website one day later? This is unacceptable!

I strongly advise against buying from Travel Junction. You will either lose your money or have to pay unexpected extra money. There are much better options out there.

I don't blame the staff here because they seem to be doing their best to help out. Ben spent a lot of time with me on the phone, but the company does not make any sense. I hope they can fix their issues and become a trustworthy website in the future.

To make matters worse, they insisted on deducting a ?75 "miscellaneous admin fee" from the refund and forcing me to wait for 12 months for the refund.

Thankfully, I had saved all of my previous email correspondence and call notes with the agents, Nick Johnson and Oscar Bucher. But even then, TravelJunction did not stop trying to dispute the refund with my bank, which was eventually settled in March. It was a terrible experience and I would never book with them again.
