This company is definitely a scam. They said it would take them 3-4 weeks to cancel my order and refund my money, because their "payment processor" is having issues, which makes absolutely no sense. It typically takes a day, two at most for a company to cancel an order and a week at most to refund money. Trying to call them is pointless and speaking to someone on their chat is pointless because you're talking to people that are outsourced and have no idea what they're talking about. They left the chat once I started calling them out on their BS . I tried getting in contact with someone for almost three days and everything is automated. This isn't the first time their "payment processor" is having issues. I will absolutely be getting my bank involved.

Counterfeiters! And beware - I was also warned some of these counterfeiters are using toxic metals in the production of their FAKE Yetis!
Report to the IC3 (FBI Internet Crimes Bureau) and also the FTC. Also file a report with YETI in Austin [protected]. They are actively pursuing these counterfeiters. Unfortunately, they evidently scam people and then shut down that website and move on to the next one!
REAL YETI dealers must carry the entire YETI LINE! CALL YETI in Austin to confirm a REAL dealer BEFORE you purchase!

I too, placed an order with this company in December, 2016, only to lose my money. I have tried to call, but the line is constantly busy, no way to get through. At first they responded to my emails with an email apologizing for the delay, and now they just don't respond at all. Do NOT order from them, they are scammers. Sandee in Colorado
I too have had the same experience with this company! I ordered a YETI from them in Dec 2016 and have yet to receive the item. I have made several attempts to call, left messages and emailed them, and no one has ever replied. This company is a SCAM DO NOT ever purchase anything from them. You will not get your product and you will not get your money back either!

Placed and order inJanuary of 2016. Never received and tried to get money back but these folks are just crooks. They do not hav the product and gives you some bs about a problem with PayPal not reflunding. We didn't even use PayPal but should have. This company continues to advertise on Facebook and if you continue to make negative true comments they are deleted and you are blocked from commenting. My daughter logged on and made a negative comment and it was immediately deleted and she was then blocked as well. I have given up on getting my money back I would just like for others to know and not fall for the same lies.
