i thouhght i was paying $121.00 for 1 night stay in citylife auchland hotel. never said anything about it bein in amrican dollar in original reciept or pricing before hand. instead it took $214.00 american dollars from my account. this was not clear or ststed to me st slll prior to booking. i want my money back. i would not have boookled this rok otherwise. very unclear and sneaky

I tried bookety.com for booking a hotel room confirmation ***. Unfortunately, we had to leave right after checking in due to problems at the property. The property gave a full refund to Bookety three weeks ago, but Bookety.com has declined to refund the money to my card.

I booked a room and went to the hotel to check in. However, the hotel refused to let me check into the room that I had already paid for. They mentioned a note inside the building, which wasn't mentioned online. I called Bookety to request a refund, but they connected me with several employees who basically told me that they wouldn't give me a refund. The hotel also confirmed the same.

6/24/2022, I paid $412.23 for a booking on Bookety.com. I only needed a room for one night at the Moxity Hotel. However, when my friends arrived, the hotel didn't have a room available. They were told to go to the airport and spend the night there. I called Bookety customer service and spoke to a manager to request a refund. They tried calling the hotel to ask for a cancellation penalty waiver, but nobody answered the phone. Bookety said they would email the hotel to ask for a cancellation waiver since they refused to provide a room and left my friends stranded in a foreign country late at night. I'm not confident that this will actually happen, so I'm reaching out to you for help in getting a full refund.
