Outdoors Onlineabsolute scam

I have now emailed the company 12 times. "chatted" w / 4 different people. Filed a complaint with the bbb and my bank. I am still waiting to get this resolved. My order was placed on 12/18. I have been bombarding outdoors online with emails and chats, each time, i'm giving the same run around, "i see your order is being processed and should be shipping soon". I asked for a refund/cancel my order, and was told it could not be done, as it was "already in the shipping process". I hope enough people complain about this outfit, and they are shut down. They have taken my money and I have gotten nothing in return except a huge headache. My daughter is still without her christmas present. The funny thing is the '5 star rating' they have on their website for customer service?!?!
