Outdoors Online 20 oz yeti cup holders

I ordered a yeti cup holder back in november and received it within a week... I thought... Wow! This company is great. I didn't hesitate to order three more holders as christmas presents on december 16th. My card was charged and the payment taken out on the 19th of december. After repeated calls, emails.. That went unanswered, I finally received (1) of the (3) holders on january 19th, it came from china. My order which is now showing a "partial fulfillment status" still has not been shipped. I no longer have the option to press the green chat button at the bottom of the left hand side on the website, and sending emails is just a waste of time. I call every day, several times per day and where I use to get that all of our techs are busy, now it just states that no one is available. What is our world coming to, that you have to cheat someone out of their hard earned money... Get a real job... This company is a total scam! Don't order from them.

Outdoors Online shipping?

I ordered 3 cups from this company on December 30th. I contact them every few days to discover the status of my order. Every time, they tell me that the order is in shipping & waiting to be picked-up.

They refuse to cancel the order & refund my money.

The only phone number they have goes straight to a recording, stating that their reps are too busy. To connect with someone on chat - takes about an hour.

They finally told me that my items were coming from their 'international' warehouse. This makes me doubt that the products order are originals.

Outdoors Online teal yeti 30 oz tumbler

I ordered this cup on 12/23/16 for a Christmas present, they said it will be here 5-7 days. It's now 1/30/17 we still haven't received it. We have called ( can't talk to a person) left messages, emails, and tried the chat also. Needless to say it doesn't look like we will be receiving this and will be going to our bank to reverse the funds and report fraud. Do not order anything from these scammers

Outdoors Online yeti spill proof lids

I placed an order for 2 of the spill proof yet I lids on 1/16. Last weekend I still had not heard anything so I contacted them through the live chat. A Spencer told me that it would be shipping soon and wait 5-8 days. A week later the order still says processing. He said he would also stay in top of it until I received my order.
Can't contact anyone in live chat there are multiple customers waiting, the phone number says no support available ( it is a Sunday so I will give them the benefit and try again tomorrow) I have also emailed with no response
I am, normally so good with reviewing before I order and I guess I jumped the gun on this. No products in site and not able, to contact anyone. I seem, to be in the same boat as everyone else.

Outdoors Online I ordered a 30 oz yeti rambler and spill proof lid and never received it

I placed my order on 1/16/17 for a Yeti and lid and my credit card was charged that day. I have never received shipping information or any follow up with my purchase other than order confirmation. I have left messages at the 888 number, left several emails and talked to customer service via online chat, after attempting to get a hold of them over 20 times. They assured me it was coming and they were out of stock and they would expedite the shipping as soon as it was available. It's now been 11 days since I ordered and still no product. I am filing a complaint with the BBB today and will be disputing the charge on my credit card Monday morning. This website is a scam and needs to be shut down. Shame on you!

Outdoors Online yeti cups

I ordered 2 Yetis on 01/01/17 and basically have the same problem everyone on here has. I keep being put off 5-8 more days blah blah. I requested a refund and was told bc it was in shipping (which I still had to wait 5-8 days) that the order couldn't be cancelled. I would advise everyone who requested a refund but was refused one to file a dispute with their banks/credit card companies due to fraudulent activity and not receiving the goods and services. Enough of those complaints they will lose their right to accept credit cards. It will be their burden of proof to prove you got the goods.

Like everyone else I ordered a yeti cup and never received it. Customer service assures me it's coming. I asked for a refund and was told they cannot refund my money until I get the order and send it back, because it's in line for shipping. Will be disputing the charge with my bank. Do not order from this company! They will take your money!

Outdoors Online company is a scam

Placed order 2 months ago and never recv'd products. Have placed complaint with the FTC and Attorney General of Texas. The DA in San Antonio has informed all of us to file a theft report w/ SAPD. I did find that the credit card machine that Outdoors Online is using to rip us off is registered to a residential address of 23508 Wilderness Paw San Antonio, TX 78261. I also found out that the husband and wife (owners) were linked to another scam website about 3 years ago. I have called/emailed/sat on hold/chatted numerous times with no results! OUTDOORS ONLINE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN - I FOUND THE OWNERS ON FACEBOOK POSTING PICS OF THEIR FANCY CARS AND FANCY TRIPS THEY ARE TAKING ON OUR HONEST DOLLARS! - IT'LL CATCH UP TO THEM ONE DAY

Outdoors Online credit card machine is registered to 23508 Wilderness Paw, San Antonio, TX 78261 - their office location on Loop 1604 is a rent-by-the-day office - they are good at what they do and know how to scam the honest!

San Antonio, TX, US 78261 is online selling products, I never received my orders, placed in Dec. 2016, all I want is to recover my $80.00 they took from me. I believe this company to be online scamming people. I am not able to reach anyone and have sent many emails and they do not reply.

I ordered a Yeti lid on Jan 12, 2017 and never received the order. I have contacted the company on several occasions, but no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I believe this is a scam and and they are taking money from innocent people! BUYER BEWARE!

Outdoors Online yeti order never received!

So, an update to my other 2 posts. The YETI I ordered as a Christmas gift, on 12/18/17, that I have yet to receive...I finally got a response from manager "Lory" who says the order has been cancelled and a refund will be given to me, BUT it will be done through a 'manual process', so it will TAKE LONGER.

This happened only after I have all but harassed this company for a solid 5 weeks, practically begging someone to either refund my money or send me my order. I have been given every excuse under the sun, until now. I'm not confident I will see this money anytime soon. I am confident, however, that I will NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Order placed on 11/19/16 have not received all of my order. Left numerous messages and emails with no return call or email. Want products or money back. Unable to get anyone on the phone, keeps going to a recording. Emails are never answered. I have filed a fraud case with my banking institution. Have been advised they are following up on this matter.

I ordered a yeti on 12-16 and received an email stating it would be shipped in 10-14 days and it was in process. I have yet to receive the product. I have emailed 5x and left 4 messages with no response. I want my product or my money. It us only $29.99 but it is more about being scammed that upsets me. I plan to contact the BBB along with my bank to move forward.

Lets be real here... you people are not getting your items international, local, or down the street. ORDERS are not being shipped this company is a effen scam and people need to dispute charges with the credit card they ordered on. I did and I will get my money back. all you have to do is call the number on the back of the card and dispute charge -- item never received. Dont be scared people, just do it. it works.

Outdoors Online absolute scam

I have now emailed the company 12 times. "chatted" w / 4 different people. Filed a complaint with the bbb and my bank. I am still waiting to get this resolved. My order was placed on 12/18. I have been bombarding outdoors online with emails and chats, each time, i'm giving the same run around, "i see your order is being processed and should be shipping soon". I asked for a refund/cancel my order, and was told it could not be done, as it was "already in the shipping process". I hope enough people complain about this outfit, and they are shut down. They have taken my money and I have gotten nothing in return except a huge headache. My daughter is still without her christmas present. The funny thing is the '5 star rating' they have on their website for customer service?!?!

Outdoors Online yeti tumbler and lid

Like many here, I placed an order in early December. I received a single email immediately there after that claim the order was "in process." Despite numerous attempts to contact the company ( voicemail messages, email messages, and attempts at live chat), I never received any response from them. Moreover, there live chat and telephone lines shut down approximately five minutes after they open each day. ( siding too many callers and imploring customers to leave messages that never get responded to). I finally spoke to someone, being sure to call the minute their phone lines became open. After sitting on the phone for a half an hour on hold, I finally spoke to someone, who informed me that I couldn't cancel my water because the item was already being shipped. Notably, I received one item (a lid) of a two item order. The Tumblr mentioned above still has not shown up. These people either like infrastructure, or our fraudsters. This is not a company that in anyway keeps its promises, but is more than happy to take your money.

I ordered this in december and received an immediate order # response stating i would receive shipping details at a later date. It is now the end of january and i have not received anything about shipment. I have emailed numerous times and received no response. My card was charged immediately though. The customer service number is just a recording! i would like to get my money back. I will never order from this company again.

Outdoors Online yeti's ordered 9/2016 for christmas gifts

I ordered 2 yeti's on 9/2/2016. I received an immediate order confirmation email and order number. After multiple phone calls and emails I received an email from Dianne Tiffany ( a CS rep) on November 4, 2016 stating that "the tracking information has yet to be updated by the carrier but rest assured your order is currently in transit with a delivery time of 10-15 days. No subsequent emails or calls have been responded to.
I have given up hope of receiving products and would like my money back.

Outdoors Online have not received my order nor any communication regarding its shipping status.

I ordered over $250.00 worth of merchandise on December 22, 2016 from Outdoors Online .com. It's now 1/19/2017 and have not received any information on its shipping status and have not received any emails. I try to call but it says there are no customer service representatives available at this time. Please help!

Help yourself. Call up the cc company you used to pay for the items that were never received. Its called dispute for items never received. you will get your money back bec they have to prove they sent you items which they never did. don't be scared, just do it.

Outdoors Online order #55792 - never received full order

I placed an order on 11/7/2016. My order on my account reflects that is was charged and fulfilled, yet I only received 2 of the items in my order. I have called so many times, chatted online, sent emails, etc. and have yet to get the remainder of my order satisfied. The last time I called I was told it was the order would be completely replaced and sent that was over 3 weeks ago. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of responsiveness.

I would greatly appreciate my order being shipped since I have been charged 119.63 and have received 2 spill resistant lids for 2 cups not received and a 30 oz cup handle for again a cup that I don't have to put it on...I am still waiting on a orange 30 oz yeti, a new style 30 oz yeti handle, 2 20oz yeti handles and a lime green 30 oz yeti.

Outdoors Online order 2 yeti's in dec and never received them

I placed 2 orders online on Dec 29 for 2 different Yeti's with straws and a handle but never received them. I have called twice and they keep saying it going to ship but never has. I have also did the chat but I get the same response. I usually do my research on the company before buying stuff on online but I didn't do it this time and it cost me since they have my money.
